Y/n ran towards Mard Geer as she punched him right across the face. Mard Geer dodged it easily as he grabbed y/n's arm and threw her across. She smashed into some rocks as she broke them by colliding against them. Y/n groaned as she looked at Mard Geer who was chuckling slightly.
"I didn't think I'd have to use this form. I should introduce myself again. I'm the king of the underworld, Mard Geer."
Mard Geer said as Y/n stood up again, blood was going down her head as she had cut a bit of her skin on the side of her head. Gray gritted his teeth as he froze ice spikes in between them and Mard Geer. Gray looked at y/n as he gritted his teeth.
"You have to use it y/n..!"
Gray told y/n making her look at him as she looked away and gritted her teeth. She knew she needed to use her twilight magic her mother passed down but she didn't want to. She didn't want Sting or Natsu to know yet about what had happened. She wasn't ready to tell them, the only reason why Gray knew is because of Juvia. Juvia only knew because she found out after killing Keyes.
"Shut up Gray..!!"
Y/n yelled as she lit her hand it a blue ray and ran towards Mard Geer. Y/n swung over and over again only for him to dodge every single one of her hits. Y/n grew angry as she also dodged all of his attacks. Everyone watched in shock at how fast she was going. Sting knew that something was bothering y/n as he watched her worriedly. He didn't know how to feel, he was upset at the fact that her and Gray had a small moment, yet he was also worried for her. He knew that something was messing with her. Her fighting was off, it was like if something was distracting her. Mard Geer gritted his teeth as he grew tired.
"I'm done playing with you..!!"
Mard Geer yelled as he swung his arm to slam y/n. She let out a groan of pain as she went flying. Gray gritted his teeth as he watched y/n fall onto the ground after she slammed against a rock. She gritted her teeth as she breathed heavily.
"If you're not going to do anything then I will you coward..!! Ice devil rage..!!"
Gray yelled as black marks started taking over his body as he ran towards Mard Geer and shot out a bunch of ice spikes from the ground making him go flying. Y/n watched Gray as her vision was doubled from the harsh slam Mard Geer did to her. Mard Geer gritted his teeth as Natsu punched him right across the jaw with his fire magic. Y/n noticed that Sting and Rogue were fighting another demon, she squinted her eyes as she tried to clear her vision. Her eyes widened as she realized that they were fighting their old master. Y/n looked back at Gray as she noticed that Natsu was helping and fighting by his side. Y/n felt both their powerful magic as her hair danced with the wind from the strong fire magic Natsu used. She shivered as Gray's ice devil magic surrounded her. She balled her hands into fists as tears fell down her cheeks, she was far too overwhelmed with guilt at the fact she wasn't helping.
