Five years into the war, the Order is pulling ahead after ages of drastically losing. Draco Malfoy notices. He wants in. He offers himself as a double agent, but the Order requests more. They've created a new spell that binds two people's magical cores together in order to make a nearly unbeatable pair of duelists. Draco agrees to bind himself to the person most compatible with his magical core. Even if it is Hermione Granger.

Review:

I really like this one! The concept is pretty unique and executed quite well. It gives me Fallout vibes in terms of plot and position in the war. I would call it just barely slow burn enough but only because the length of the fic is pretty short. I usually look for more angst than this fic has, but It still kept me interested. It's a pretty average fic and enjoyable if you have a couple of free days.
