Background/Backstory:
- Toby was born into a very poor family, and was also born deaf, so being the youngest he didn't do as much heavy work, mainly walking neighborhoods dogs, especially the ones that would be nice to him because of deafness, using notes to talk or actual sign language
- His mother's distance cousin was also Deaf, so he always bonded with her, sadly she ended up passing away do to heart issues, so he didn't really have anyone to relate to anymore
- (Teenagers in rp) Once he got into high school bullying became a daily routine, boys and girls were constantly pushing him and or trying to scary him because he couldn't hear anyone.
- (Adult in rp) As an Adult he only works from home, he works for a very well-known journalist company, he often rights articles and or papers in the newspapers. He lives by himself in a single bedroom and bathroom apartment with a kitchen and living room that's connected, he never liked by spaces so he likes his cozy and small apartment.

Other:
- Since he was born deaf, since he's poor, he can't afford hearing aids. Plus can never speak with his mouth, he has to speak with his hands/using sign language

- He's very much a bimbo, not even the dominant or sexy kind, more like an innocent adult, who just doesn't know many things but goes on with life
- He's pretty submissive and will get nervous if he ever tops (which is something he's very uncomfortable with) it's very hard for him to communicate as a top
- He absolutely loves moths and possums, he has two plushies that he sleeps with

- His little ages very from 2-4
• Age 2: He can be slightly bratty but not all the way, he used this to sometimes get his frustration out. When he's 2 he often is very shy, doesn't talk/sign and needs his caregiver/partner to do a lot of things for him (tie shoes, bath, dress him, etc.)
• Age 3: When Toby is 3, he signs/talks every now and again, often wanting to do big things but can't since he is so little (partner/caregiver might say: "Aw baby boy, your too little to be doing that") and he'd pout a little then let his caregiver/partner do it for him
• Age 4: With this age he is more outgoing and just uses this age when he is a bit anxious but not all the way. He fully signs/talks but isn't wanting to big stuff, but sometimes tries too. (Again, Cg/partner will have to interfere and do said thing for him to keep him in his little space.)
- Toby is a very gentle person and is also equally patient, if your oc in the rp doesn't know sign language then he will either teach him, read his lips, or use notes to talk to him (writing things down)
- Since he's scared of the dark he has LED lights hooked up around the outline of his sealing
