Elena's POV

Before the elves and dwarves could fight each other. Thranduil had asked Bard, his men and I to stay out of it. Gandalf and Bilbo would not fight the dwarves. Anyway before they could fight the ground begins to quake under our feet. A massive worm-like creature bursts through one of the mountains before being joined by other were-worms. Azog and his orc army have arrived.

"Oh, come on!" Ironfoot whines. I snarl and turn into a panther crouching low ready to pounce. "The Hordes of Hell are upon us! To battle! To battle, sons of Durin!" he orders. Orc army starts marching towards the Dwarf army. The elf and man army stay still as the orcs are about to attack the dwarves.

"The elves, will they not fight?" Bilbo asks Gandalf and I.

"Thranduil! This is madness!" Gandalf shouts. Thranduil gives the order to attack the orcs. I roar and run with them. We jump over the dwarves and start to fight, the dwarves join us. I see an orc going for Ironfoot and run over tackling him to the ground. I rip his head off with my teeth. Ironfoot looks at me shocked. I bow my head and rejoin the battle.

I hear Azog shout something in orcish. I notice the army split in half, one staying to fight us. The other heading for Dale. I growl, he is trying to cut us off. I roar in pain as something rams into me. "All of you, fall back to Dale! Now!" I hear Bard shout as I get up shaking my head.

"To the city! People, this way!" Gandalf yells. I look over to see two wargs circling me and snarl. Two against one, hardly a fair fight for them. They growl at me and I snarl back. We launch ourselves at each other. I swipe the first one away with my paw and dodge the others jaws. I then grab it back the scruff and toss it into the first one. Before they could recover I cut one's stomach open with my claws. Then crush the others neck with my powerful jaws. I look at the last one and end it's suffering.

I rejoin the main fight and notice half the elves go help the men in Dale. Lead by Thranduil himself. I notice the dwarves being pushed back towards the gates of Erebor. Also see one of the orcs kill Ironfoot's boar. "Yer buggers!" he yells as I join the dwarves. "Thorin! Where's Thorin? We need him. Where is he?" he mutters as I fight beside him. "Fall back! Back to the Mountain! Fall back!" he orders his army. "You two feline" he tells me and I follow them.

Suddenly a horn sounds from within the mountain. I notice the company smash through the wall of the mountain with the golden bell and join in the fight. I growl and join them the dwarf army following my lead. "Dain!" Thorin yells and Ironfoot looks at him.

"Thorin! Hold on! I'm coming!" Ironfoot yells back. I lead the way making a path to him. "Hey, cousin, what took you so long?" he demands. Thorin chuckles giving him a brief hug as I watch their backs. "There's too many of these buggers, Thorin. I hope you've got a plan" he states.

"Aye, we're going to take out their leader. You with us Elena?" he asks me. I growl my approval, lets kill that filth. "We're going to kill that piece of filth" he states. We leave Ironfoot and join up with Dwalin, Fili, and Kili. They have a chariot pulled by several goats.

"Think you can keep up?" Kili asks me and I give him a pointed look. We take off towards Ravenhill. To go kill Azog.

(Time skip)

We reached Ravenhill and Thorin had us split up. I went with Fili and Kili search the upper levels. While Thorin stayed with Dwalin to search the ground floor. Until we reached an intersection. Fili went one way alone, while I went the other way with Kili.

We soon reach a door way and hear someone yell in pain. We look up to see Azog holding a beaten Fili. I snarl glaring at him. "Go. Run!" Fili tells us. Azog impales him with his bladed arm. He says something in orcish then he throws Fili's body over the edge. As we all watch in horror, enraged, Kili runs to the top and I follow him. Both of us ignoring Thorin's shouts.

When we get there we don't see Azog. But had slayed many orcs along the way. We continue to fight more orcs. "Kili!" we hear someone shout. We look to see the she elf from Mirkwood.

"Tauriel!" Kili shouts and Bolg attacks her from behind. Bolg overpowers her and throws her against the wall. Kili and come to her defense. As Bolg is about to stab Kili I ram into him and we go over the side of the cliff together. "Elena!" Kili shouts.

I kick Bolg away and grip the cliff side with my claws. I stop on a small ledge. I look to see Bolg on another ledge and snarl. I hear a loud thud and look up to see a tower fall and make a bridge. Legolas runs across it and starts to fight Bolg with his twin swords.

I huff and start to climb back up to the other two. I reach them and look back at Legolas. To see him drive one of his knives into Bolg's head, and Bolg fall through the tower which crumbles. As Legolas jumps onto the ledge. He looks up at us and Tauriel hugs Kili. "Thank you" she says to me. I nod and lay down breathing heavily.

"It's not over yet Elena, we have to find my uncle and kill Azog" Kili reminds me. I groan and get up. The four us go in search of the others. We find Bilbo with a dead Thorin and Kili cries as Tauriel hugs him. I notice Azog dead and sigh in relief. I walk over to Bilbo and lay beside him resting my head on his lap.

"He's gone Elena, there was nothing I could do" he cries as he hugs me. He cries into my neck. I look at Thorin sadly. Kili had lost his brother and his uncle.

Beorn: I am fine, are you ok? I know they were your friends

Elena: they were and I'm angry at the author for killing them both. But at least Kili is alive and has Tauriel.

Beorn: we also have each other, lets rejoin the others *they leave*

Author: Are they gone? *looks around and sighs in relief* I am sorry for killing Fili and Thorin. But at least Kili is alive. See you all in the next chapter at the funerals of Fili and Thorin.
