Jared pulls into the parking lot of Ziggyz our towns famous dance club. My jaw drops.

"Your taking us to Ziggyz!?" I gasp.

"Yep," he smiles.

"But I can't dance," I confess.

"I'll take my chances," he smirks. We get out of the car and head over to the front door. It's the only dance club in our town, so they allow teens.

As we walk in music blasts through my ears and for a second I think I might go deaf. I look up at Jared as he walks in front of me so confidently. I suddenly get an over whelming nervous feeling in my stomach and start to doubt that I should have come here.

Jared looks behind him, at me and takes my hand leading me towards the dance floor.

"Wait!" I yell," I don't know about this. What if I step on you or fall over or something," I say, super nervous about even being this close to him.

"Then I'll catch you," he smirks. Then he pulls on my hand hard, causing me to move forward into him. His other arm snakes its way around my waist and a gasp slips out of my mouth.

He smiles and intertwines out fingers together, making us hold hands. He starts swaying from side to side, at the beat of the music. I move with him, the beat coming easily to me.

We start to move in a circle and I feel like Cinderella when she dances with her prince. Jared's blue eyes peer into mine and I suddenly feel like he's looking into my soul.

My knees start to go weak and I feel something hard hit my foot. This causes me to fall towards the floor, but am saved just in time by Jared's quick arms. He lifts me back up and pulls me close to him. Electricity is hanging in the air around us.

"I told you I'd fall," I smile.

"And I told you I'd catch you," he retorts. I laugh and he twirls me around then brings me back to him. I lose my breath in the moment and my heart beats wildly.

His stares into my sea blue eyes with something I'd never seen before. Lust. No ones ever looked at me like that before. Not with such compassion or desire. And to be honest, it scared the living hell out of me. But it also made shivers run up and down my spine. It made my stomach erupt with butterflies. It made my heart beat a thousand miles faster. It made me feel like I could fly.

The world around me stops and for what seems like an eternity, it's just me and him. He leans his head towards mine and for a second I think he might kiss me. And just for a second I want to kiss him back.

"Hey, look who it is! Jared, my man. Where've you been, bro?" A voice shouts. Suddenly, reality rips through my little infinity. I feel like the ground is being pulled out from under me.

Jared pulls away, but not before I see a glance of regret in his eyes. He turns to face a colored boy, who I recognize from our school. Emmett Callahan is the trouble maker of our school. Seeing him made me want to walk away.

"Hey, what are doing here?" Jared asks. He puts a smile on his face that I can recognize is fake.

"Just wondering what your doing hanging with this nerd. You gonna bang her?" He smiles cheekily and winks over at me. I instantly feel as if I'm going to puke. I see Jared clenching and unclenching his hands as if he's trying to calm himself.

"Get out of here, Emmett," he growls. I look down to see his knuckles turning white.

"Don't wanna share her?" He grins. Before I can do anything, Jared's arm flys up and he punches Emmett so hard he falls to the floor. Blood splatters on the floor and gasps ripple across the room.

"Jared, let's go," I say quietly while tugging on his arm. It took him a minute for him to process my words, but he then followed me out of the club. He runs his hands through his hair and gives me an apologetic glance.

"Sorry," he started," I just really hate him," said through gritted teeth.

"It's fine. He deserved it anyway," I smile. He smiles and we head towards his car. We don't say much on the ride home and I can't help, but think about how Jared stood up for me in a way. I blush and try to hide my face. My friends would always tell me that it was so easy to tell when I was blushing and I didn't want him to see me.

"Why are you blushing?" He asks. Shit!

"What are you talking about?" I ask," I'm not blushing," I deny.

"Yeah, you are," he insists.

"If I was it, doesn't matter," I say.

"It does if you're thinking about me naked," he smirks.

"WHAT THE HELL! I was not doing that!" I screamed.

"Yeah you were. I saw you starring at me," he smiles.

"Whatever," I roll my eyes. He pulls into my driveway and I get out, saying goodbye. He drove over to his house and I watch him walk in. I slowly walk in my front door and see my mom has already gone to bed. I run up the stairs to my bedroom. I throw my dress off and put it on my bed. I walk over to my closet and pick out a skintight tank-top and leggings for bed wear. I put the cloths on, turn out my light, and crawl into bed. I close my eyes and wait for dreams to come.

Knock! Knock!

I jump and sit up, looking wildly around the room for the intruder. I turn on the lights and realize the noise is coming from my sliding glass window. I get out of bed and throw my curtains to the side to reveal a smiling Jared Smith. He points to the door handle, signaling for me to open it and I do.

"What are you doing?" I whisper yell.

"I forgot something," he smirks. He steps forward, closing the gap between us and cups my face in his hands. I gasp and look right into his blazing eyes. Lust. It's heavy in his eyes and this time it doesn't scare me. It makes tingles run up and down my spine.

Then his lips came crashing down on mine.
