And the bell rang

I made a victory dance in my head , I've been dreading to get out of this class for the last forty five minutes , History is my least favorite subject but today is just extra , I looked at the seat a row in front of me to see Yumi having the same reaction , we went home late last night , after that walk in the park we went to an Ice cream shop and spent the time arguing to return the chopsticks back but ended up deciding to never go back to that chinese restaurant ever again , her stunt was so embarrasing that I even tried to bribe her about buying her metal chopsticks instead just bring what she stole back but wasn't succesful ,

I let out a deep yawn before gathering my books and see Yumi do the same

"Hey B - have you heard?" Heart poked my shoulder

I gave her a confused quick look before continuing to walk out of the clasroom on my way to my locker

"Heard what?" I asked back

"About Lucas" she continued while leaning to the locker next to mine

I paused , I only know one Lucas my whole life so she definitely is not talking about any other Lucas  , but the one that I knew a year ago ,

"Yeah , what about him?" I proceeded in opening my locker and stack the books in

"He's back" she replied

I closed my locker and faced them , you can see that they're waiting for my reaction , I double checked but Yumi didn't follow us out

"And?" I raised my eyebrow

"And we think that you deserve to know" she shrugs

"Not a big deal , where's Yumi?" I dismissed and looked around , but no sign of her shadow in the hallway

"I swear she was following us when we came out" Fatima chimed without taking her eyes off her phone

"You should text her B , let's wait for her in the pantry" Ashtine started walking

"Yeah hold on" I took my phone out of my back pocket and see no message from her letting us know where she'll be at as I was expecting

: where u at? we're on our way to the pantry

I hit the send button before following the three to the pantry.

I looked around to see that they have fall in line to pay for their lunch , I made my way to them to get my lunch too

Fatima looked over her shoulder to look at me "Have you seen Yumi?"

I took my phone out and see she hasn't replied yet "No, have you?"

I followed when she used her lips to gesture something in the corner ,

And there she is , her back is facing us so we can clearly see who she's talking to , no wonder why she didn't even take the time to check her phone

Coco -

They're probably planning about their dinner next week ,

I tried to ignore the huge ball of air intoxicating my chest, I grabbed the bottled water in Fatima's hand and drank it down , she was clearly surprised but she smirks while watching me take the water down

We took our lunch together and settled on our usual spot minus Yumi who was clearly enjoying her lunch forgetting her friends

I watched Coco leaning over to whisper something in her ear , of which I'm sure is something stupid , but Yumi let out a loud chuckle while Coco was intently looking at her
