Rose Red [Jefferson Hatter || OUAT || Mad Red #1]

Prologue

One of the royal families of the Enchanted Forest was sat in their carriage as they travelling through the countryside, King Leopold, Queen Regina, Princess Snow White and Princess Rose Red.

Rose Red was looking out the carriage window, looking at the snow on the ground and she sighed, "Are you alright, dear?" Regina asked.

She looked over at her stepmother and smiled, "Yes, stepmother, I'm okay, I'm just feeling the need the stretch my legs," Rose Red said.

"In the snow?" Regina questioned and she nodded.

"You should've said sweetheart," Her father tapped the top of the carriage, "Remember the way back to the castle?" King Leopold said.

"Yes father, thank you," Rose Red said.

The door opened and a footman held his hand out to her, she took his hand and stepped out of the carriage.

"Don't be too long sweetheart," King Leopold said.

"Can't promise anything father," Rose Red said as she smiled looking at the forest.

"Want me to come with you, sister?" Snow White asked.

"Only if you want to," Rose Red said and started to walk away.

Rose Red had walked through the nearby village, villagers stopped and spoke to her and welcomed her into their village.

"Princess Rose," She turned around to see an elderly couple, "We must warn you of a creature," The elderly man said.
