This story is kind of based on a chinese legend- the red string of fate tattoo. the difference is, it's a real string but yeah the glowing one and no it's not that long. after both person will do the pinky promise, the string will disappear and their initials will be tattooed on their pinky finger. small but if you look closely you'll see it
