The past refreshes as the wound relives
Another night when I see you in my sleep

The route that had been decided, the memories lives only in us
But that split second holds too much grief
I thought I'd walk forward
But these dreams never stop haunting
Such subconscious grief... hidden so deep

Such smile and happy thoughts buried for this lifetime
When the dawn breaks and the bustling world starts again

Would it be that when I stop finding you
These dreams would stop
Or would it be until the last breath that we will meet again

Let these tears dry, it dripped when I was deep asleep
Awoken to find the pillow soak, unknowingly I cried in my sleep
Such irony of the tough facade in reality
I must have left my fractured heart to nurse subconsciously
It was searching still after all these time
Hoping you are well in your space and time
