The water was ice cold...and norma was paralyzed next to Cedric Diggerys date; Cho chang a fellow Ravenclaw. she didn't see anyone that would save her. she felt like the last pick for a dodgeball game...one of the worst feelings ever in her opinion. But she knew he would come.
Her fingers started tingling before she realized she could move again. she made her way to the surface in till she felt a sting on her leg.
Merpeople.
She tried swimming faster, but the wound leaking crimson burned as the water around her turned darker. She brainstormed; kicking of her heavy robe, she tied it around the scar, applying presser. She tied swimming with one hand, but that was no good, so she took the robe off, letting it float to the bottom of the lake and trying to forget about her open wound.
She became Tingley in her foot area before it all went black.
He saw her. So he swam till her reached her. Seeing the wound that was pained on her made him flinch and shout profanities at the merpeople.
He reached the surface.
"help! Someone get her!" he heard lee yell from his seat. Fred helped get norma to Cedric. There was a crowd of people around them- so big that Fred couldn't make out what was happening to norma.
"she's not breathing, Diggery!" "oh really well, thank you, caption obvious!" Cedric yelled sarcastically,

Norma sat in the hospital wing for a week after that. She was awake and alert, but no one would let her leave. Until the next task...
