So Inko and Izuku get together and agree that they're not going to tell people izukus quirkless. Instead they decide to fake a quirk.
I've seen plenty of fics that suggest that Midoriya has an intelligence of analysis quirk if they hadn't known he was quirkless. Some informant ones roll with it but what if they started with that at 4 instead of him hearing it from others at 14.
It would change his whole school and social history as hed never be shunned for not having a quirk and he'd stay with Bakugo as a hero duo possibly. He could possibly even be in on it and it doubles as like an inside joke anytime Izukus quirk is mentioned. His muttering are valued as insight instead of called annoying or creepy.
Him and his mom would constantly have little hiccups and scrambling in order to keep their cover but they're totally in it together and fully committed.
