"Really , Percy ?" Annabeth sighed as she unpacked a brown cardboard box filled with celestial bronze weapons.

"Hey. It's not my fault I was born with dyslexia. Why did we have to choose Aoba Johsai, a private school, anyways ?" the black haired boy huffed.

"You forget I have dyslexia too, Seaweed Brain. I passed just fine," Annabeth replied as she picked up her dagger and examined it, "and it was y/n who suggested Aoba Johsai and I didn't hear you volunteering any thoughts."

Percy turned to me, his sea-green eyes looking at me for an answer as to how I had the nerve to pick a private school. I shrugged and scratched my head.

"I don't know. It seemed like a good school. And you do remember Chiron did specifically request we get a good education while we're here," I replied.

"Duh, of course I remember," Percy said as he crossed his arms and looked around, "Hey, how did we get this apartment anyways ? Without a legal adult ? We are all fifteen."

Annabeth smirked at me knowingly. As a child of Aphrodite , goddess of love and beauty, I was granted a rare ability: charmspeak. I could put people in a trance and get what I wanted by simply telling someone. I've been training this ability since I was seven so I'd say I'd gotten rather good at it.

Don't worry, we'll still be paying our dues. Chiron, our camp director, has been giving us a monthly supply of cash for housing, electricity, water, and food. It's just the matter of letting us stay without an adult. We can handle it, though. I mean we're responsible. Just last summer we kinda saved the world from the Titan Kronos. How bad can three, underage teenagers living alone be?

"Oh quit moping, Percy," Annabeth scolded as she pulled her blonde curly hair into a ponytail, "There's a public school called Karasuno in the prefecture not far away. We can all go there tomorrow and talk about you attending."

"Yeah, but aren't there entrance exams for public schools, too?" Percy asked as he opened another box.

"Aw, Perce you'll be fine," I assured him as I opened up a cardboard box of toiletries, "I mean it can't be too hard since it's a public school. Annabeth will tutor you."

"And y/n will help," Annabeth added on.

"Yes of course. And y/n will help," I agreed, "Now lets hurry up and unpack these boxes so we can explore the elite world of Japanese food."

After a few hours, we were satisfied with the amount we unpacked and sought out to explore the amazingness of Japanese cuisine.

We stopped by a ramen place for dinner because Percy advocated strongly against sushi. ("No because those poor fishes. What if I knew their family or something?? I can't bare it!") I guess being the son of Poseidon, the sea god, really does something to you.
