* Yume's POV *
We were chilling, casually waiting for Naruto and Sasuke to come. And speak of the Kokushibo, Naruto flew into the stage.
"He's totally late..." Me and Ino said in unison, sweat dropping
"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for coming to Konohagakure's Chunin Exams today. We will now begin the main exams with the eight that have passed the preliminaries. Please enjoy the matches" The Hokage said
"Maybe something happened to Sasuke-kun...?" Sakura muttered
"Hey, Sakura. I know that you are worried about Sasuke-kun, but why don't you cheer on Naruto a bit" Ino told Sakura
"He's your teammate after all" I added
"You're right" Sakura smiled
(You guys know what happened in the fight so I don't need to write it...Do I?)
-Time Skip-
Naruto won the fight and that is something I never expected, but oh well.
After all, he's Konoha's #1 most unpredictable shinobi according to Kakashi-sensei
Everyone was waiting for Nii-san to come for his match but he never showed up. Why may you ask? Don't ask me, I'm as clueless as them
The crowd became angry and started yelling to the point they managed to force the Hokage to postpone his match and make it the last. The next match was Kankuro Vs Shino.
For some reason, Kankuro forfeited.
Kinda suspicious if you ask me.
Now, it was Temari and Shikamaru.
Oh and Chouji showed up.
Temari went down to the arena in a nice flashy way using her fan while it looked like Shikamaru wanted to quit. But, Of course, Naruto had to push him down to the arena.
Everyone started throwing trash at Shikamaru and I felt bad for him, but oh well.
Temari started right away with attacks and Shika dodged them all and went hiding under a tree. He was looking up to the clouds.
Shika almost caught Temari several times and when he did, he VOILA forfeited.
It was now Gaara Vs Nii-san. I was pretty worried about Nii-san to be honest.
I mean, if he came, he'll fight Gaara. If he didn't come, he'll have to deal with Naruto.
Sadly, he came and he wore black.
All.
Black.
Black jumpsuit, black shoes, black everything.
Why is my brother still going through that phase?
He looked at me and smirked in an assuring way which made me grow a tick mark.
I, did not want to waste my breath yelling at that guy in front of all these people, so the least I could do is simply
Raise my middle finger at him.
Sasuke and Gaara stood in front of each other on the arena, glaring at the one another...Edge-lords..
Gaara started off by pulling his sand out of his gourd, but his sand fell on the ground right away. I proceeded to watch Sasuke try to hit Gaara but soon, he became hasty. Really hasty. He started moving around like Lee and managed to land a punch on Gaara's face
The same thing went on for a while before Sasuke going up on the wall and started making hand seals. He formed lightning in his hand then charged at Gaara's sand ball and yelled "ChIdOrI!" he destroyed the wall in the process. That's a sign
Nii-san stabbed the sand ball with his 'chidori' and screams came out of there yelling "BlOoD! mY bLoOd!"
Sasuke tried to get his arm out of the sand and released more lightning. Finally he got his hand out with some sort of...sand...thing...
The sand ball broke and Gaara was revealed who was breathing veryyy heavily.
Out of no where, feathers appeared in my vision, making me feel sleepy.
Me being myself, decided to fall asleep knowing that Sasuke's match isn't more important than sleeping.
