*Yume's POV*
When I woke up, things weren't going good at all. I mean, not even in a single way
Sasuke left the village. Chouji and Neji were in critical condition after the mission to get my brother back. And I was alone now. My only family remaining left me and went to some snake
I locked myself in my room and wouldn't let anyone come in, trying to process what the actual hell just happened. Why would my twin brother leave me? Why would he go to a criminal? Why would he try and kill his best friend?
Nothing was going right. At all.
All my efforts to snap Sasuke out of it and make him remember the time before the massacre was just gone in a blink of an eye. He refused to believe that Itachi wouldn't do something like that for just a stupid reason as of 'testing his vessel'
He forgot everything, didn't he?
Well, there is no point to keep crying over my twin brother becoming a rogue ninja anymore, is there?
All I can do is accept the fact that I'm alone now, my only family is gone, he went to some damn rogue sannin snake
Not long after Sasuke left, Naruto said that he'll leave Konoha with Jiraya to train for a few years. Before I could go and hug him goodbye, he'd already left.
I'm sure I'm gonna miss that guy.

I went out for dangos. Nothing more worth of note.
While I was on my way, I couldn't help but contemplate everything that happened this past week. It was all so sudden

Not paying attention to where I'm going, I bumped into someone which snapped me out of my thoughts
"I'm so sorry-! Uh? Neji?"
"Yume! It's been a while, I haven't talked to you since the exams" Neji smiled
"You're dismissed already? I thought you were in critical condition!" I exclaimed but Neji just giggled sheepishly
"I was dismissed a long time ago"
"You were?" I asked, completely lost
"Yeah. Speaking of the chunin exams, I lost the bet miserably, didn't I?" Neji laughed rubbing the back of his head
"Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that!"
"Since we're both here, how about I treat you to dango?"
"I was going there anyways"
"YOU ACT LIKE HIM! YOU SOUND LIKE HIM! YOU LIKE THE SAME THINGS HE LIKES! YOU LOOK LIKE HIM!I HATE YOU!"
