Shinsou and you were about ready to leave the dorm for the party, just taking a few last minutes to make sure you had everything. You were wearing a simple enough outfit, just a cute crop top with a pair of loose ripped jeans, simple sneakers, and accessories. Grabbing a jacket to top it off since the nights got cold. Nothing too over the top, because frankly some random sorority party need that.

Shinsou was similar to you, wearing a loose fitting band t-shirt, black jeans and sneakers. With his own flair of accessories too that included some chains, rings, cool bracelets and earrings. You hadn't noticed it before, but he had a pretty good taste in fashion and a decent amount of piercings. It was attractive to say the least.

"Ready to go? We're already showing up fashionably late, since someone decided to fall asleep. Not that anyone will care, but I would like to go to bed at a somewhat decent time tonight." You patted yourself down making sure you had everything one last time.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Not my fault you didn't wake me up earlier so we could get in and out sooner." As much as you didn't love his little attitude, he wasn't wrong. To be fair, it wasn't your fault that you were trying to be a nice person...and lost track of time finishing Yuri on Ice.

"Fine, you're right...I guess. Whatever about that now, I wanna see what parties are like at this high and mighty art college. Honestly, it probably won't be as good as public high school ones 'cause those were just down right illegal. But we'll just have to see how these wealthy fuckers live." You looked at Shinsou as you walked through campus in the direction of the house now. He seemed to have an expression of slight shock on his face for some reason. "What's wrong, did I say something?"

"No, just...was that the first time you cursed in front of me? I wasn't expecting it. Not that I care, it just took me off guard, I'm actually kinda glad you aren't some goody two shoes." Your head turned like a confused puppy, you didn't think this was the first time cursing in front of him but now you can't remember.

Well that was unexpected.

"I mean yeah, maybe it is, I guess. I don't really care about cursing, I was surrounded by it for so long growing up that I thought it was normal. I remember in middle school I used to get in trouble a bit because if I got hurt or had some inconvenience I would say shit under my breath. I can tell you teachers didn't like that very much." You sighed into a small laugh. "Plus when you grow up being neglected, you learn how to take care of yourself. Whether that's finding ways to cope or just protecting yourself from pervs who like school girl uniforms. Which is why I know how to throw a decent punch and have smoked a cigarette or two in my day. You gotta do what you gotta do."

Before the boy next to you could say anything you looked away from him and found that you were almost in front of a large and loud house. Filled to the brim with many people, it looked like most were first and second years, but some were older.

Must be some type of 'welcome to the college' type of party.

No one was over 21, that was for sure, most seemed around 18 and 19.

You looked back at Shinsou with a satisfied look on your face, as if to say that the party looked better than expected. You grabbed his arm so you wouldn't lose him and made your way inside. It was crowded and the smell consisted of booze, smoke, and sweat. With booming music from a DJ in the corner and unintelligible talking filling the air too. Leaving your ears buzzing quickly, the deeper inside you got the worse it became.

"Hey, why don't we make our way around the house? We can stop by the kitchen, I want a soda!" You yelled into Shinsou's ear so he could hear you. He nodded and you walked him to the kitchen where you were met with a familiar face.
