"El!!" I hear someone scream my name, I stir on my bed and bring my pillow to my ears. "Elfreda wake up!!. We're gonna be late". An all too familiar voice, screams again. It sounds like she's blow-drying her hair because I can hear the blow dryer.
I groan and seat up fairly aware am on a top bunk. I look down to see my twin sister, Alfreda, dressed in a red knee length gown that has little blue hearts all over it, worn on black flats. Her brown long hair pulled into a pony tail ,Let me tell you a little bit about us.
Alfreda chloe wallace is my twin, we've been stuck with each other since we were born, not that we were conjoined at the hip or something. We are just always together, She is a total control freak even though she was only older than me with 20 minutes.
We are a mirror of the other our only differences were: I am an inch taller, her eyes were brown while mine were black, both our hair were long but hers was curly and we both had tattoos of our middle name on our sides. Hers was chloe while mine was cleo, that was one of the things only both of us knew about.
Like my mum always said alfreda ella es todo giving her the nickname 'todo'. Meaning shes everything. She was the brain, beauty and attitude while I was just the attitude and beauty.
"Hey Al" I greet as I jumped down from the bunk. "Hey sleepy head, its already 7:30 by the way so bye" the little skunk says as she walks out of our bedroom. Why didn't she wake me earlier she knows we have geography first period and that woman is ruthless.
"Holy shit" I curse as I strip out of my clothes and step into the shower, I make it quick but it was refreshing. I wanted to take my time to look for a nice dress to wear but I just settled for a pair of black jeans with a red tank top. I mame my hair in the same way Alfreda did hers.
As I skip down the stairs my eyes catch a familiar body with a mop of black hair on the couch with the TV remote in his hands. He's on dark jeans with a black shirt."Bennett?" He looks up at me with that dimpled smile I had missed so much. "Bennett!!" I scream as I jump into his arms. "I missed you so much" he says as he hugs me back.
---- I know what you guys are thinking, but no its not it. ---- Bennett was my elder brother,his full name is actually Elfanzo Bennett wallace and he was currently in college but I guess he decided to pay a visit.
"When did you come... No, Why are you here?. School is still in session" I ask pulling away from him. "I came yesterday night, they gave us an holiday and I missed my favorite twins" he says as he rums his hands through his hair. I can tell he was lying, columbia university never gave unexpected holidays but I decide to let it slide.
I look around the living room, the house seems quiet. I mean it always is, my mom's a big hit journalist and my dad is a surgeon in Spain so Its always I and Al or with bennett at times. Speaking of Al "Did you see Al?".
"Yeah, she left a while ago". What? "What do you mean she left?, she couldn't wait any longer I just took 10minutes... Tell me she didn't carry my car" Bennett avoided my eyes looking everywhere but at me. I loved Alfreda but she knows more than anyone that no one goes near El junior, she is my most priced possession.
"You want a ride to school so you could go murder her?" My brother teases. "Please" I say and we walk out to the yard into Bennett's mercedes Yeah you heard it, like I said we are loaded, mine is a toyota matrix , yeah I know you would probably be expecting me to use rich cars like mesarati's, BMWs and others but I wasn't like that. At least not until college.
The ride is relaxing and fun, Bennett filled me on all the details of new York, he told me about his newfound addiction to coffee; which surprised me because bennett was never one to love coffee. A smile crept its way unto my lips as he kept rambling on about whatever, I was just staring at him and found out I really missed my elder brother. _----------------

Thats Bennett 👆👆. Cute isn't he. I know I said he has a dimple smile but clearly doesn't in the picture, just fix it there. _---------------- He looks at me then back at the road, then at me again. "Why you staring at me like that?".
"Nothing..." I state dragging the word. He stares at me for a moment before continuing, I just smile at him until I hear her name and my smile witheres away.
"Debbie says she misses you" my brother says as my lips form into a grimace. Deborah lola Miguel aka debbie was Bennett's girlfriend, i Dispised her I think dispise is a small word. I hate her whole existence
Debbie was a wolf in sheeps clothing, a shedevil and a number one sl*t, The images from that night still haunted me. ####### I was in a party everywhere filled with lights and music, the party was actually at my house I had invited everyone from school. The party invitation simply stated 'friends of friends'.
I felt dizzy and decided to go upstairs to my room when I saw them. Debbie was on top of jacob- He's a story for another chapter. They were moaning uncontrollably, and I just stood there watching them until I couldn't and did what I always did. I walked away. ###### After that night I confronted Debbie the next day. All she told me was, "listen hear princess, if you don't wanna hurt your big brother I suggest you keep your mouth shut". Normally if it were for another person I would tell them in a heart beat, but Bennett loved her(the snitch) more than anything and I loved him too, so I kept quiet.
I cringe at the memory but shrug it off. As I look out of the window I realize we were already in front of my school.
"Since when are you scared of school?" my brother asks me and I roll my eyes in reply. "Bye...dork" I say as I step out of the car, its really chilly should have brought a jacket.
"Cleo?" Bennett says, using my middlename. He's lucky he is my brother or else I would have broken his arm for using it. "Tell todo she owes me a huge bowl of Neapolitan ice cream for not saying goodbye to me this morning" he says earning another eye roll from me.
"Will do benny... Anything else my good sir?" I asked sarcastically, making him snort and drive away.
I chuckle and make my way into the school main doors, am 30 minutes late so no one is lingering around in the parking lot. Another perfect score to my perfect attendance- note the sarcasm.
