Annas POV:
its been a pretty rough time for eva but ive been comforting her as best as i can

my parents promised to come home today

i dont know how to feel about that bc they havent been home in like 4 months.

they said they had a suprise for me but idk what could make up for being absent in my life so much

i miss them so much it hurts

eva and me are on the living room couch right now bc we fell asleep watching movies last night

as far as me and evas relationship its been ok i took eva on a date last week

we have been very busy lately

but ive been the happiest ive ever been with her

we just get each other so much

e: what are you doing?
a: oh just thinking
e: whats on your mind?
a: a lot mainly you tho
e: your so cute
a: i love you

a: lets get up
e: do we have to?
a: yes bubs lets eat breakfast

i took out some pancake mix and began cooking pancakes while eva was staring me down

e: how can someone look so hot while cooking
e: like god your so breathtaking its crazy
a: look at yourself

i finally finished making breakfast and me and eva ate on the couch while we watched tv

suddenly we heard the front door open

a/m: anna honey were home (i heard my mom say from the kitchen)

e: is that your mom? (eva whispered)
a: yea i didnt think she would actually come home
e: you should say hi
a: okay fine

a: mom im in the living room

she came to the living room

i stood up and hugged her

a: i missed you mom
a/m: me too i missed you so much but im here now
a: where is my dad?
a/m: hes getting the luagage from the car
a: oh okay
a/m: why dont you introduce me to your friend
a: oh yea um mom this is eva and eva this is my mom
a/m: nice to meet you eva
e: nice to meet you to mrs. shumate

my dad said hi and we all talked for a while until i asked my mom what the suprise was

a/m: should we tell her (my mom whispered to my dad)
a/d: yea i think she should know

a/m: okay the suprise is that we are quiting our jobs
a: your joking
a/d: not at all we decided we should be here for you since you graduate highschool and all that
a: wait but like for how long
a/m: forever anna we arent going back
a: so that means your gonna be here all the time
a/d: yup we are gonna be here for you from now on
a: thank you so much

a/d: oh also anna, tommy is coming home
a: wait really
a/m: yes really
a: could this day get any better

im glad my parents quit their job.

they cant take back the way they abandoned me for months but im glad they tried to make it up somehow.

Evas POV:
i was in the living room while anna and her parents were talking in the kitchen

i heard that they are quiting their jobs to come be with anna

thats nice even though it was messed up what the did to her

* 2 hours later
me and annas parents have been talking for the past two hours but anna pulled me upstairs

a: im sorry about them
e: no its okay
a: they talk to much
e: yea i see whats up why did you bring me upstairs?
a: i wanted you to help me pick an outfit to match my skateboard bc i have a photo shoot tommorow
e: honestly you look good in everything
a: thank you but i need an outfit babe
e: okay fine just wear this (i said as handed her black ripped jeans and a dark royal blue hoodie with jordan 1s mid hyper royal tumbled leather)
a: you have taste
e: thank you
a: wanna go on a drive?
e: yea sure

we left in annas car and drove around and we ended up at the beach (long ass convo sorry)

a: so my parents huh
e: i like them
a: you do?
e: yea they seem super chill
a: oh i thought u didnt like them tbh
e: can i ask something?
a: yea shoot
e: who is tommy?
a: oh um well i never told you this but i have an older brother and his name is tommy. he was in college and just graduated and is coming back home.
e: oh thats cool i always wondered what is was like growing up with siblings
a: i love tommy but in moments i hate him but ill always be there for him
e: how old is tommy?
a: hes 22 i think
e: oh is tommy your only sibling?
a: um yes well no
e: huh
a: tommy is the only sibling i grew up with but i do have another sibling
e: oh who is it? if you dont mind me asking
a: yea its ok i have a brother named brandon hes about 8 and he lives with my grandparents
e: why doesnt he live with you?
a: well ever since my parents started taking work into their daily lives they couldnt take care of him and i was already older so i just stayed here. i havent seen him in a year
e: that must be terrible i cant imagine that
a: im guessing since my parents quit that hes gonna come back to live with us but idk
e: i sorta wish i had siblings i never really had anyone besides ian hes like my brother
a: how about lets get off this topic and go watch the sunset
e: sounds good to me

we layed on the sand and watched the sunset till it was dark out.

anna kept playing with my rings

we locked eye contact and she pulled me into a kiss 

she pulled away

a: i love you
e: i love you more
a: no i do

we laughed together

anna suggested we go back home since we spent hours at the beach

once we got back to annas house we went straight to annas room

i took a shower and just chilled with anna for a while

a/m: GIRLS ARE YOU HUNGRY? ( annas mom said from downstairs)
a: yea mom
a/m: okay come downstairs

after eating with annas parents me and anna chilled on her roof

a: hey
e: hey
a: so have you talked to your mom at all
e: anna can we please not talk about her
a: yea sorry for bringing it up
e: its okay bubs
a: ive missed you
e: what do you mean?
a: i feel like we were so invested in our lives that we didnt really get time for us
e: how about i take you on a date tommorow
a: your gonna take me on a date?
e: yup tmr 7pm be ready
a: im excited where are we going
e: thats top secret info sorry
a: ok ok eva we should escape
e: what
a: like run away just the two of us and live a life together without anyone knowing
e: that sounds amazing but we cant just abandon everyone and plus we are literally 18
a: it would be nice but your right

anna pointed at the stars in the sky

a: the shapes in the sky are so beautiful
e: the constilletions
a: you know the big dipper in the sky points to the ( eva interupted)
e: north star what everything revolves around
a: yea

anna stared at my lips and i couldnt help but kiss her and as i did so i heard the door open
