we just stared at each other in silence for a couple of mins

after like 20 minutes she finally felt better

"do u wanna talk ?" i said

"yea" she said rubbing her eyes as the tears rolled down her face

i tried hugging her

she hesitated to hug back

when she did hug back it was a super tight hug

i can tell shes hurting inside

i layed down on the bed still holding eva in my arms

" anna im sorry"

"its okay eva u dont have to keep saying sorry"

"i did something really bad" she said with tears forming in her eyes again

"like really bad" she repeated

" you can tell me anything eva"

" i relapsed" she said

i had a weird feeling since this morning

i should have stayed home with her

im such a dumbass

she really needed me

" hey listen im gonna help u get through all this" i said

"im gonna be by your side the whole time eva" i said

"i love you unconditionally" i said softly

she hugged me even tighter

Evas POV:
i needed this hug so much

" i love you too anna"

she kissed my forehead

"if u dont mind me asking what did u relapse on"

i sighed

"pills"

"is that all?"

"and self harm" i said with tears in my eyes again

she stayed silent for a second

"everything will be okay" she said

"im really sorry" i said

"no im sorry for not being here when u really needed me" she said

"we can end the trip short if you want" she said

"no no i dont wanna be the reason u dont have fun" i replied
