So puppet strings gives you the whole run down, and when I first saw this video I feel sorry for the poor guy. When was left Jack's corpse was found by the police they bagged it and got it ready to be shipped to the morgue, a police officer checked on if one last time to find the body bag empty with the corpse nowhere to be seen. Then the organ thievery started and the theif was never caught. Well until the SCP foundation set up a mannequin with a camera, then they caught this oh so famous photo...

When the organ thievery had suddenly stopped, the SCP foundation dropped the case like EJ had just disappeared, (sorry I don't know if he actually got a SCP number) or he just got better at getting rid of his victims. To this day we are still unsure if EJ is still around...

To be honest with you, I think that EJ didn't really have an favorite organ and that he didn't really want to kill people at first, (the cult members are an exception though) so he would take a kidney so he would have something to eat and the victims would live to see another day...but he also could have just taken a small piece of the victims liver so he could eat and that person wouldn't miss it as much as their one of their kidneys. Remember Jack is was studing to become a doctor so he would know about that little detail that humans can grow back a tiny piece of their liver...but he would have to get more pieces of liver to feed him and that tiny piece of liver is about a bit and a half to him. A kidney is bigger than that little piece of liver so if he just stole kidneys he wouldn't have to got through as many victims if he were to steal part of their liver. In the end, I think he lost his humanity to his cannibalistic demons and went bailstic, and that is why there weren't any more reports of organ theiver, mostly because he ate every last part of his victims. Jack was a good person in the beginning, he wanted to help people by being a doctor and to the very end he fought that demon that cult put inside him. The poor guy was really in the wrong place at the wrong time.
