This smiling pouch is mostly a ghost but at the same time Is not. As far as I know his victims must send his jpg to other people to "spread the word" keeping themselves safe from being attacked by him. If a victim were to disobey him he will savagely attack the victim making their crime scene look like the victim was attacked by a pack of wild dogs. To be completely honest I am not sure if this story is real or not because there are articles on reported dog attacks that have some red flags when reading it. Like one of the victims had thrown their phone and lay broken at the crime scene or so the articles says...
