It was a normal day, or should you say a boring day at the phantom hive. There wasn't anything exciting nor did you do anything you originally had to because they were all cancelled. You were honestly annoyed the whole day, but you managed to brush it off for the time being. Sebastian was the only thing that kept you from throwing a slight tantrum everytime one single thing annoyed you in any way. You guess he just has a special type of power to keep you 'contained' you would say.

You were looking outside your office window when you suddenly heard a small knock on the door. "Young master, may I come in?" sebastian's soft voice spoke from behind the door. "Yes." you uttered, head against your palm.

The door was opened and he walked inside, he immediately headed over to you with a light brownish gold tray he held effortlessly in his hands. "Here you are young master, I hope you enjoy." he smiled, bowing. "Mhm, you can leave now. I need some peace." You watched him nod, "ofcourse." he said, straightening his body and then left. You sat back in your office chair one hand with a biscuit and the other with the cup of tea. As you took a bite out of the biscuit, it melted almost instantly on your tongue because of the tea. A small grin appeared on your face, you took another sip before setting it back down, it tasted different today for some reason.

The sweet tunes of the birds outside your office were almost music to your ears. You swayed your head along to their songs when you felt a sudden rush of boredom. You turned you chair around facing the large window behind you and stood up from your sit. You pushed up off the chair then tucked it inside of the desk, walking away leaving the tea and left over biscuits on the table. Though you wanted to be alone, you were bored out of your mind. So here you are now walking downstairs, when you suddenly heard a short commotion.

"No... the young master is not gonna like this..." mey-Rin hugged herself anxiously. "Yeah she won't accept this." bard shock his head, his arms crossed. "I won't like what?" you interrupted, though you could honestly care less. "Ah! Um nothing!" mey-Rin and Finnian repeated after the other, it was clear as day they were hiding something, but what.

You barely saw what they were hiding because they were all around it, but you had a good peek. "Young master I think it's best if you don't know." sebastian said behind you. You looked at him from below, your eyelids so close to each other they looked like they were closed. You just stared at him as he smiled hopelessly. "Alright. Don't do anything stupid." you pointed at all of them, as Sebastian began to lead you back upstairs.

"I know the way to my office Sebastian." you said, taking a step onto the middle step. "Ofcourse young master." he smiled. He took his hand away from your back then bowed before he went back downstairs. His smile dropped, he stood in front of the three with beaming eyes. "You three need to stop being so reckless. The young master almost caught us."

"Oh no... Sebastian's mad at us..." mey-Rin mumbled. Sebastian sighed, "get back to work, quietly. The master is awaiting dinner and this needs to be half way done before that." he said before walking off to the kitchen. "Uh do you need any hel-" bard got cut off. "It's fine, just keep working with the others." "Alright then. Back to work people!" he whisper shouted, not as loud for you to hear. But you did, you were eavesdropping on their conversation from the top of the chairs.  what the hell could they be doing... you thought.

You quietly tip toed towards your door then opened it, you went straight towards your desk and sat yourself on the chair. "Why can't this day end already?" you asked yourself with a frustrated groan. You blinked your eyes rapidly towards the ceiling with your head hung back, feet up on the desk and arms crossed. A sigh left your nose as you felt your eyes shutting by each blink. You wondered what the others were doing but you couldn't seem to get out of your chair.

"Young master. Young masterrr, wake up." sebastian nagged over you, shaking your chair side to side. "Huh?..." you muttered. You had fallen asleep without even knowing it. "Alright, you're awake. Sorry for coming in without your permission young master, but you didn't answer me when I said your name three times, so I just let myself in." he said with a smile as always. "Oh... that's fine." you said while you held your head in your hand.

"Here, let me get that for you." sebastian said as he took his thumb and passed it over your lip, wiping the drool from your mouth. "There, all better." he smiled. "Mhm." you rubbed the corner of your eye then sat up. "Here young master let me carry you downstair-" you cut him off, "no, I can walk by myself." you pushed yourself up from the hair while sebastian supported you. He nodded and placed his hands behind his back watching you closely to make sure you don't fall over.

You tiredly walked downstairs with Sebastian behind you, stabling your body from falling. "Young master!" mey-Rin slightly shouted as you got to the bottom of the stair case. "Quite down Mey." you mumbled, walking past her. "Sorry master..." she bowed, stepping aside.  "Here you are young master." Sebastian pulled out a chair and you sat, the three scattered and left the two of you alone in the dining room.

"Here you are young master, enjoy." he smiled one again, but somehow differently. "It better be good." you looked up at him, joking yet still being serious. "Oh I assure you it is, just for you." You nodded then took a bite, it was indeed delicious, even more delicious than normal. "Wow it actually is." a small smile appeared on your face. "Are you saying my food is bad young master?" he teased with his smile turning into a grin. "Never did, it's just better today." you said before you took another bite.

"Good to hear." he clapped his hands with a smile. "I will be right back my lord, it's time for dessert." "Dessert? At dinner?" you questioned, still munching on your food.

You could hear sebastian's footsteps coming from the back of you, and his bird like humming echoing off the walls. He stood beside you and held out something, a... cake. "Everyone made this for you young master, just for you birthday although it's two and a half months from now." he smiled and reached out to set it in front of you. "Oh... thank you." you said with a genuine smile, it was nice to know that they care but surprising that it was this much.

"Oh wow... young master said thank you." "Oh shut it." you rolled your eyes then looked away from his direction. His little giggles were annoying to hear as they were clearing from making stupid jokes towards you. You sighed through your nose then fanned your hand away to tell him to go and he did just that. "Yes ofcourse my lord." he giggled under his breath and finally walked away.

You yawned with your hand covering over your mouth and eye closed shut. You hugged yourself from the coldness of the kitchen air after being a good person and putting your dishes away, then headed towards the stairs. As you held onto the railing you looked back to the sound of metal hitting against the marbled floor and counters. Spoons and forks knocking the table and pans. You couldn't help but let out a hopeless sigh and turned back around at the bottom of the stairs.

"Sebastian! Make sure nobody breaks anything in there." you shouted, when sebastian suddenly came jogging to your need. "Yes my lord. And where are you off too?" "Bed. Sleep has been calling my name ever since dessert." you rubbed your eyes with a tired frown. "Alright, I'll tuck you in." he smiled. He took your waist and turned you around to face the staircase, leading you up. "I'm not six anymore... you don't have t-" "but I insist." his eyes smiled along with him. You couldn't help but cringe at him as he looked straight ahead trying to keep you steady.

You quickly got changed into your pajamas and hopped into bed with the sheets half way over you. "You can come in now." Sebastian opened the door and rushed over to your bed frame. He lifted the sheets up to your upper torso and fixed the pillows underneath your head with a glimmering smile. "Good night young master, Please sleep well tonight." "Mhm..." you mumbled almost half asleep. You drifted off to sleep as soon as Sebastian turned the lights off, he looked back at you with one last smile and closed the door shut before heading downstairs.
