After what seemed like forever we finally made it to a strange building.
"What is this place?" I ask
"This is wangshu inn, we're going to stay here for the night we can meet the person in the morning" he stated
I'm extremely nervous. Was it really my fault that my contract was broken? He never even summoned me how on earth could I have saved him from being assassinated?
"Before we go in, is there by chance a lake nearby here?" I ask
"Yes there is, there's plenty but. Why would you want to go to a lake right now?" He questions
"Water helps me calm down, I just. Need it okay?" I plead with him
He sighs heavily and starts walking so I follow after him. He leads me into a clearing in the trees and sure enough there's a lake there. And luckily for me there's a huge rock in the center.
"Is this good enough for you?" He asks coldly
I nod my head and motion for him to go away and he does so.
I place my hand on the rock, rocks have memories. And I can see memories no matter what the object is, I am an adeptus of emotion so it's a simple task seeing memories.
"What happened in the archon war" I ask
And the rock responds by allowing me to see it's memories.

I remove my hands from the stone. Tears prick at my eyes but I simply blink them away.
It seemed as though Morax up and dropped me, but that couldn't be the case right?

I walk out of the clearing a million thoughts racing through my mind. And I see the Yaksha. I blankly stare at him.
"What?" He asks harshly
"He didn't mention me at all...did he?" I ask, my voice laced with grief
He hesitates before giving me a response
"We can discuss this in the morning, let's just get to the inn and-"
"I'm going on a walk." I state before walking off.
He doesn't follow after me, and just watches as I walk off.
Liyue is different than from what I remember. It's much bigger than the last time I saw it, oh gods how long has it been since then?
