A/N very slight trigger warning for self harm

Jenny has known for a while.

Or well she's had suspicions.

Kaylee doesn't know she knows. She thinks she's slick.

But Jenny smells the expensive Chanel perfume and sees the lipstick on her collar. The massive chunks of money missing from their bank account.

Jenny hears the lame excuses.

Jenny thinks Kaylee is cheating on her. And she has no fucking ides what to do about it.

Her and Kaylee have been married for a year. They got together a month after knowing each other. They moved in together after 6 months. Kaylee proposed after a year. They got married 8 months later. Things moved pretty quickly between the two, but they were happy.

Were. Being past tense.

Kaylee used to be the most perfect and loving wife she could be, but she changed. Jenny knows it has something to do with Danielle.

She guessed it when Danielle started smelling like Chanel. When Danielle started wearing the lipstick shade that matched the one on Kaylee's shirts. When Danielle started getting gifts from an 'anonymous lover'.

Kaylee started to open doors for Danielle and let them slam in Jenny's face. She started to give Danielle her sweater when she was cold and not Jenny. She started spending more and more time with Danielle, until Jenny was alone most nights.

She lays awake at night, waiting for Kaylee to walk through the bedroom door and join her in bed and wrap her arms around her like she used to. But she never does.

She makes Kaylee dinner in hopes that her wife will come home and join her. But she never does.

Jenny has become so incredibly depressed over the last few weeks. She doesn't eat, she doesn't sleep, she doesn't laugh anymore. Kaylee has ruined her, and her wife has no remorse at all.

"Hey, JB." Quincy smiles and sits next to her, wrapping his arm around her shoulder. "You eaten yet?"

Jenny nods. Lie.

"Have you really, or are you lying?" He asks pointedly.

Jenny sighs and curls her body into his side, grabbing her sweater tightly as she wills herself not to cry.

"What did I do wrong?" She asks, her voice cracking.

"Nothing. Kaylee might be my best friend, but she's a dumbass. You're the kindest and most loyal person I know, and she doesn't deserve you." He tells her. "I hate seeing you so depressed, it breaks my heart." He whispers to his on-screen lover.

"What has Danielle got that I don't?" Jenny asks.

"Nothing. You're better." Quincy says. "You need to talk to Kaylee."

Jenny sighs. "That's if I see her outside of work ever again."

"Still not coming home, huh?" He asks.

"Not whilst I'm there. She takes some of her clothes whilst I'm working and that's it." Jenny says.

"Speak of the devil." Quincy mumbles as his best friend walks into the room with Danielle, both of them laughing.

Kaylee looks over at them and frowns annoyedly. "You two look comfortable." She scoffs. "Don't forget you're married, Jenny." She spits.

Jenny sits up miserably and scoots away from Quincy. She brings her knees up to her chest and buries her face in them, a few tears dribbling down her cheeks.
