I call a mandatory meeting with everyone walking in as I ask the Ottoman empire to stop influencing countries they then reply that they are at least helping with them ending a civil war and investing into the weak Syrian economy. I then threaten sanctions with the Ottoman empire explaining that if this happens he will cut off oil making countries oil starve... I then stand down knowing that many countries could die from this.... Ottoman empire then smirks explaining that they will stop influencing the middle east once all of their former land is returned to them.... I then end the meeting with a growl with everyone in surprise as they all began to leave the meeting room... I will stop the Ottoman empire from expanding but I have to cut off their oil or the world could end up starving from oil starvation...
