5 - A Special DM

I was playing minecraft on a server with some friends like I always do before my stream when Niki comes into my room, "y/n can I give one of my friends your discord?", "umm, sure? Who would you give it to? I don't want loads of people having it, wait is it Tommy?", "no it's not Tommy, I was going to give it to Tubbo, he saw our stream and thought you were cool so wanted to meet you", "ah ok, well go for it as he seems pretty cool". I continue playing minecraft with my friends slightly disappointed it wasn't Tommy but it was Tubbo who I also look up to as a streamer, that's when I get a bing on my discord saying Tubbo had added me.

Hey this is Tubbo, Niki gave me your discord. I hope you're ok with it, I saw your stream and was wondering if you wanted to collab?

Hey Tubbo! Niki told me that she was going to give you it so I don't mind :) a collab would be cool, when was you thinking? I'm free most of the time so it's whenever is best for you

Umm how about later today? I usually stream at about 6pm bar which is like 7 for you I think? Is that ok or is that too soon? We totally don't have to do it today if you don't want to

I think we'll get on well too, and sorry for me worrying I just didn't want to seem too eager or freak you out at all. Is it ok if we call a bit before hand? Also if it's ok we could get some of my friends to join too?

I was speechless, I knew of Tubbo and his streams but I never thought I'd speak to him, I knew he was close to Niki as I'd watch her streaks and saw how much they got on and that they would laugh together. But now I get to speak to him, I'm not sure what we are going to do, I might suggest bed wars or something to make it fun and bring out our competitive sides. This stream was definitely going to be interesting.

Tubbo POV:
I was looking forward to the stream as y/n seems like such a lovely person, I knew Tommy liked them, I'm not sure in what way yet but I knew me doing this would get him to confess something to me.

No no, even better! I'm streaming with y/n tonight, we're streaming at 6 and I mentioned maybe inviting a friend or two for the call if you did want to join...?

Being left on read made me laugh as I knew I was right about Tommy like y/n, they hadn't even spoken before and he'd only seen a few of her streams, I mean she must be pretty great if such little impact did that to Tommy. I saw y/n had put a tweet out about it so I thought I should respond to tease the fans a bit more on our first stream together, that way Tommy would also see it and maybe do something about it.

Seeing everyone's positive response to my tweet made me so happy, I was nervous Tubbo fans would attack me or send me hate as I know how protective they can be but seeing them happy made me excited. This stream was going to be pretty POG if I do say so myself.

Tommy POV:
I saw y/n's tweet about her streaming with Tubbo, it made me feel jealous in a way. Why did I have to let him message her first, now it makes me seem like a pussy, which I am not. I responded to the tweet to make it seem like I wanted to speak to her but to also not seem desperate. I know I will have to join the stream somehow so I will have to message Tubbo and ask him to let me join the vc at some point. The conversation with Tubbo from earlier made me feel odd? Him mentioning marriage, I mean I know it was a joke and all but it made me even more anxious about speaking to them.
