Later that day, she brings up Gi suggesting a support group that holds meetings for LGBT youth in her school on weekends that's followed directly by a poetry class, and Namjoon realises that maybe it's not so bad; having a bi daughter. Or a lesbian daughter.
DOWNSIDES:
He can't help it but worry about her, and the idea of her having to put up with what he went through is torture. He wants to shelter her and protect her, but he knows he can't — not without holding her back from being herself.
UPSIDES:
He knows what it's like to be a queer child and he has the chance to be for her everything he wished his parents were for him. He has the chance to help her accept herself and love herself by supporting her. He has the chance to be there for her and receive her support too.
