Isaac: mom venus took my toy

Isaac: venus mom wants you

isaac smiled and sat down next to kobe talking to him and when venus came out she sat in front of him talking as well but when dior came out he sat next to y/n looking at her

Dior: why is he here
Y: he's our neighbor now
Dior: he did that on purpose
Y: yea he definitely did
Dior: will i have to talk to him
Y: not until you're ready
Dior: what if i'm never ready
Y: then you never have to talk to him
Dior: ok
Y: are you ok though
Dior: no
Y: what's wrong
Dior: i want to be around him but i'm scared

Dior: the way he talked and treated you when y'all were together it was scary what if he does the same to us
Y: he won't be able to i'm gonna be watching y'all every time you're with him so i'll never leave you guys with him by yourselves again
Dior: you promise
Y: yes dior i promise
Dior: ok i'm gonna talk to him watch me please

dior got up slowly walking in between kobe and y/n then he sat down and when he did kobe looked down at him then at y/n and dior slowly hugged him and kobe hugged him back then he started talking to all three of them while y/n sat there watching and listening until her name was brought up

Kobe: your mom snores a lot like a bear in hibernation
Y: i do not don't lie to them like that
Venus: mom doesn't snore like a bear she snores like this

venus started mimicking the noise y/n makes making her and everyone else laugh then venus sat down looking at her smiling

Y: ok when did i get brought up in this
Dior: dad was telling us memories of you and him before we were born
Y: what all did he say
Isaac: that at your eighteenth birthday party you told him how much you liked him and was his biggest fan

y/n looked at kobe opening her mouth and he laughed while she laughed as well and rolled her eyes looking at the kids

Y: your dad is lying and that is no where near what happened
Venus: then what happened
Y: uhh
Kobe: nothing we just danced all night then i took her to my house and we played a game
Y: yea that
Dior: that sounds boring
Kobe: oh no the game was amazing
Isaac: can we play

kobe and y/n yelled no at the same time while isaac looked at them confused

Isaac: ok
Kobe: alright let's change the topic
Venus: can we go to a fair or some
Y: there's no fairs in town
Venus: there's one in texas
Y: yea but that's seventeen hours away we'd have to take an airplane
Venus: no i wanna drive there
Kobe: maybe
Y: that's a big maybe
Dior: mom please
Y: i'll think about it ok
Venus: yay we're going

kobe looked at y/n laughing and she flicked him off and looking back at venus

Y: who's all supposed to be coming
Venus: just us five
Y: you mean four
Venus: no dads coming too
Kobe: yea dads coming too
Y: yea that's a big maybe

Isaac: yay when are we going
Y: nev-
Kobe: we can go tomorrow
Dior: i'm excited i'm gonna go pack
Venus: me too

the kids ran inside and y/n looked at kobe while he looked back at her

Y: kobe
Kobe: yes
Y: why'd you do that
Kobe: i have no idea
Y: i should punch you
Kobe: maybe but i don't think you should
Y: i think i should
Kobe: what would you get out of that
Y: relief that i punched you

y/n lifted her hand and hit kobes shoulder making him smile then he looked down and it slowly faded

Y: why does it do that
Kobe: why does what do what
Y: why does your smile fade so fast like have you never noticed that
Kobe: no maybe my emotions just change quick
Y: sure but you know i'm gonna have to make sure it's ok with rome before i go
Kobe: why he your pimp or some
Y: no i just don't leave the house for hours and days without letting the person i'm with know and to be honest i don't even want to go so i'm gonna try and make him come
Kobe: man no one wants him there
Y: mind you i don't feel entirely safe around you so i want him around

kobe rolled his eyes and y/n was about to get up and go inside before a car sped in the driveway and she looked at kobe then back up seeing her dad get out the car speed walking in their direction with something in his hands
