two weeks past since their conversation and it was christmas eve after that day y/n and kobe haven't done anything she hasn't been avoiding him but she tries not to start long conversations scared where it'll lead to but today the boys jano the kids and y/n were in the living room sitting around talking and watching movies with their christmas themed pajamas and eating a bunch of different flavor candy canes

Zion: man if i don't have someone to fuck tomorrow imma be in my room all day beating

everyone looked at zion just not even saying anything just looking at him

Dior: i have a dad who has girls running in and out of his house nearly everyday it would be concerning if i didn't know what that meant

everyone laughed besides y/n who just shook her head after a while the boys went to sleep and y/n put the kids to sleep going back downstairs turning off the lights so only the lights from the tree was on and she played christmas music from her phone lowering the sound so it wouldn't wake anyone up then she set a few more things up before going in the kitchen and baking cookies and making cakes then jano came downstairs while she was icing one and he wiped his finger across it licking it and she slapped his hand

Y: what the heck
Jano: what it's good you're doing good
Y: it wasn't for you
Jano: i would've ate it in the morning anyways
Y: and
Jano: and i'm gonna eat it now as well taste it
Y: no

jano put his finger across it again and this time he wiped it on y/ns bottom lip and she looked at him

Y: get it off bruh
Jano: you sure
Y: yes i'm sure get it off

jano shrugged then put his lips on y/ns licking it off and when he moved she stood there just looking at him a little shocked before she shook it off and nudged his shoulder then went back to icing

Y: that's wasn't funny
Jano: who said i was trying to be funny

y/n put the spoon down and looked at jano making eye contact

Y: why now
Jano: what do you mean
Y: we've been best friends for two years and you've never done something like that why now
Jano: did you not like it
Y: no i liked it that's why i'm confused on why now
Jano: i don't know i just thought i should
Y: you're lying

Y: it's not because you wanted to there's more to it now tell me before i return your christmas gift
Jano: forget about it and come here

jano turned the music up and grabbed y/ns hand and they started dancing to have yourself a merry little christmas he was just looking at her with a smirk while she was smiling at him he spun her around and more just going along with the gentle violin once they finished dancing he pulled something out of his pocket and held it over their heads so she looked up at it and when she saw she looked down letting out a small laugh

Jano: look at that we're under the mistletoe
Y: i guess we are
Jano: if i may

jano used his other hand placing it in y/ns hair and he gently pushed her head toward his and kissed her so she kissed him back once they pulled away he smiled at her and grabbed her phone changing the song to mistletoe by justin bieber making her laugh then he got behind her wrapping his arms around her waist and interlocking his fingers in the front of her stomach then resting his head on top of hers moving side to side making her sway as well with her hands on top of his

Jano: i'm not good with relationships so if you're down we can be bae friends
Y: don't think that means you can be in other hoes face
Jano: yea and you can't be in kobes
Y: alright
Jano: alright so bae friends
Y: i'll consider it
Jano: until i propose
Y: huh
Jano: you heard that right
Y: mmm i've heard that before
Jano: you'll see

after that y/n and jano got quiet again dancing after they finished that he started helping her bake every now and then throwing flour on her and eating the icing while she threw some back on him and ate some of her cookies she made

Jano: at the rate you're going there won't be no cookies for tomorrow
Y: and there won't be no icing to ice the cakes with you around
Jano: yea about that we need more icing

y/n walked next to jano looking at the jars seeing they were all empty so she laughed and grabbed her keys walking out the door with him behind her once they got in the car she started it up and drove to the store when they made it they walked in with their pajamas still on and their bonnets and they went to the baking aisle getting the icing and a bunch of other things they didn't need
