Best episode this season by far, and there is a little rant that is relevant to this episode towards the end about a salty YouTuber
Really great episode
I will state the little negatives first cause the positive outweigh them
The part where it shows Cloud falling off the cliffs still looked a little stiff
The line Cloud said to Link after they both landed in the church/temple was out of place and a little cringe
They mentioned Cloud can summon but don't animate him using at least one summon
Now the positives
The visuals, pacing, choreography, etc was great
Cloud using his Fusion sword from Advent Children after losing his buster sword(I think) was a neat touch
Link using his 4 swords ability against a duel wielding Cloud was cool
Link using the Ocarina of Time and playing Song of Storms to use the Skyward Strike with the master sword was cool
Majora's mask ability against Cloud was little too brief but once the omni slash was used, it was really nice
And the final slash splitting Link in two while trying to use this triforce of courage ability from, I don't remember which game it's from, while showing Cloud did 9999 damage to Link was a neat call back to the original Final Fantasy 7 battle system
And no disintegration death, that alone makes this episode top tier :)

Sorry but when I tried to find this rant video about this episode from this salty ass youtuber in wattpad search thing to post here, I can't, scrolled for minutes on end, it's literally buried
Piece of shit literally posts a rant before the episode is live on YouTube spoiling it for non rt first members and this rant video, he says he ain't bias and would have ranted even if Link won, I call bullshit on that
He is a legend of zelda fanboy cause at the end if this rant I came across, he literally said all death battle had to do was make a good fight and have Link win
Yes have Link win he said, certainly not a biased fanboy who can't accept a loss, :/
Especially if keeps arguing in his comments section with people agreeing with death battle
Even tries to say this episode was worse than the original, even in animation when the new one literally had more of each characters equipment used than just sword, shield, hookshot, and boots for Link and only fire and thunder materia for Cloud and even used more of the environment while changing the weather when Link used his ocarina of time, yeah animation sure worse than the original. :/
It's because of this crybaby I want this episode to actually trend #1 on YouTube like previous ones before it and I don't think death battle tk deserved to trend half the time they do
Small rant over, once again really neat episode, best so far this season
When death battle returns, it will involve a Batman character and apparently is Bruce Wayne in the hell batsuit versus Iron Man, oh come on, Batman is getting used way too fucking much over the course of the show in my opinion and if it's a Marvel vs DC(in this case Marvel's character is apparently Iron Man) fight again. Whatever
If it is Iron Man, there is no way this more than likely 2-D Sprite fight will top Iron Man death battle episode against Lex Luthor
Until Death Battle returns later this year, I will update the new Dbx review/opinion book I have up
