Okay I really liked this episode with one minor gripe
Honestly going by both rundowns, I hope they have more mythology in death battle
As for the fight, very unique, especially for the narration
It made it feel like it was an old mythology story being told to the viewers.
The animations were on point, especially the ending blows between Hercules and Sun Wukong.
As for both their characterisation, I liked them
Voice acting for both characters were great.
It did start cause of the fruit but did like how Hercules wasn't tricked by the fake fruit.
I did like how Hercules said, of course multiple heads.
I did find Sun Wukong's personality endearing, don't know if that would be the right word
Sun Wukong dodging all the poisoned arrows was cool I guess
I thought Hercules punching the gigantic sized bo/staff from underneath
Though the ending seemed abrupt, the final attacks with the gods of each story powering their "mortal form" which resulted in Sun Wukong winning, it's technically disintegration death and you know how I feel about those deaths :/
The narration throughout making feel like an old mythological tales was great
As said before, Sun Wukong wins
Best episode of the season so far to me
Next time is Shadow the Hedgehog vs Ryuko Matoi 2.0 in terms of it will be another pity win
Boba Fett vs The Predator from the Predator movie series
Boba Fett winning, it's a pity win for him just like when Shadow won
