Chapter 13

Dominic's POV

"Please remind me why we are here again?" Stevie asked as Dominic as they stood in front of Café Universe.
"A little birdy told me that I can find Zach here" Dominic responded with a smile.
"And so you decided to stalk the little guy" Jepson said and Jun just laughed.
"Dude you got it bad" Stevie said as he shook his head.
I know why he was like this. His parents went through a terrible divorce when he was 8 and he has never believed in love ever since.
He believes in having random flings and not committing to one person. We have known each other since primary school and he was a great influence in my player ways.
Well until now. Not even Stevie' misguided view on love could turn me away from falling for Zach. It was a mistake but a beautiful mistake.
"I agree" I said with a grin and he just rolled his eyes. No one was going to spoil my mood.
I know I saw Zach in the morning but I just couldn't get him off my mind. I just wanted to be with him again.
"So are we clear with the plan?" I asked as I turned to also face Jepson and Jun who were in the backseat of the car.
"Why do I have to be the one specifically to distract his friend while you whisk this Zach away?" Jepson asked with a frown.
Unlike Stevie and I, Jepson believed in meeting the right person and falling in love.
He had only dated one girl whose name was Kristen but she moved away and eventually the long distance caused them to break up.
He didn't like to play around and I respected him for that.
"Because Stevie would ruin his innocence and Jun...has his sugar daddy"
"HEY" Jun lashed out looking offended as he glared at me and I just smiled in response.
"Let's just this over with" Stevie said looking annoyed as we all got out of the car before entering the café.

As soon as I spotted a sexy mess of pink hair I led the others towards a corner booth occupied with Zachary, Emy, Beau, Celeste and Cyrus.
"Hello" I said as I caught everyone's attention as they faced us. 
"OMG what are you guys doing here?" Beau asked giving us a shocked expression and yes his acting skills were terrible I could see with the deadly look Zachary was giving him.
"We were just going to get something to eat when we saw you guys here" I responded with a smile.
"WOW. What a coincidence. Why don't you guys join us? Meet my new friends Zachary, Celeste and Cyrus" Beau said introducing the others.
"Great. We would love to join you guys. This is Stevie, Jun and..."
"My name is Jepson Arthurson but you can call me Jep" Jepson cut me off as he introduced himself. His eyes stuck on Cyrus with an expression I couldn't quite explain. Between happy and nervous.
"Nice to meet you Jepson" Cyrus gave him an expression I knew all too well. A flirty smile. I guess I just played matchmaker.
We all settled in. Jepson rushed to sit next to Cyrus. Stevie sat next to Celeste. Emy stayed next to Beau as Jun settled next to his cousin and by the edge it was Zach and then me.
"Hey beautiful" Stevie said as he gave Celeste a flirty smile and a wink.
"Not going to happen playboy" she responded and I held back a laugh. I guess that part of the plan was a bust but it wasn't really a problem because Jun was able to get into a conversation with my cousin. Celeste wasn't an easy target anyway.
"Hey baby" I whispered in Zach's ear and saw him visibly shiver. I loved that I had an effect on him.
"Don't call me that" he said as he gently pushed me with a frown.
"Why? Aren't you my baby?" I asked with smile.
"No...not yet at least" he said as he looked away buy I already noticed the pink flush on his cheeks.
"Good afternoon. My name is Marc and I will be serving you today. May I take your orders" A tall guys with dark eyeliner said as he stood in front of our table with a smile.
He was cute. If I wasn't interested in Zach I would definitely tap that. Is this how it feels like to be a taken man? No one seems that interesting anymore. I like the feeling knowing I'm only Zach's and soon he would only be mine.
"Marc you don't need to be formal with us" Cyrus said with a smile.
"Tell that to my boss" Marc responded with a smile before leaning closer to us.
"Between us let's just say he is a slave driver" he said before his boss/ uncle asked him everything was okay and he responded with a thumbs up.

I took a good look at the man by the till whom I did not notice before. He was adorable. He was obviously way older than all of us but could pass as a teen.
"You guys order here. I think I need to take a better look at the goodies by the till" Emy said as he made his way out to the till.
Everyone gave their orders except Stevie. I finally turned to face him and he looked frozen in place. He just looked at Marc with a look between awe and shock.
"Do you want anything?" Marc asked again.
"Dude do you want anything?" Stevie finally snapped back to reality when Celeste bumped on his shoulder with her own as she asked.
"Ummm...yeah...ahh...I want...I want you...I mean your juice... I mean mango juice and umm...and your cupcake...I mean a cupcake...yeah" Stevie stuttered and as soon as a confused Marc left we all burst into laughter.
"Dude did you just stutter?" I asked in shock.
The all confident player Stevie just stuttered. Not only had that happened but he just literally made a fool of himself in front of a guy he liked.
This day had just turned out way better than planned.
