"Alexander do you have plans for tonight?" Summer says when she sees Alex.
"I don't why?"
"Luke is having the 'what are your intentions with my sister' chat tonight."
"Ah! The perfect chance to hangout just us," he smiles.
"So, my room?"
"Yeah, sure! Right then I'll see you later," she smiles.
Alex wraps his arms around her.
"It's so good to have you here," he smiles.
"It's good to know that I was missed."
"We love you sunny of course we missed you," Alex says.

-

"Alex!" She smiles when he opens the door.
"Hey!" He smiles and gives her a hug "Welcome to my hotel room!" He points inside.
"Thank you!"
She dramatically plops on the bed. Alex joins her.
"Ah yes just like the good old days," she giggles.
They lie in a comfortable silence. Her head rests on his shoulder.
"I missed just exiting with you," Alex says softly.
"So did I bud-" someone knocks on the door "rude."
Alex laughs at her reaction, but stands up to see who it is.
"Alex I can't deal with that guy being here," Summer hears George say.
"What guy?" Her head perks up.
"Summer!" He jumps when he notices she's there. "It's- it's no one."
"Okayyy."
"Want to join us? We're just-"
"Existing," Summer finishes his sentence.
"Why not?" He lies down next to her.
"Hey."
"Hey."
"How was your day?"
"Not bad, had some pretty nice laps," he smiles.
"Good."
"Yours?"
"I got to see Luke again... so."
"Yes of course, silly question really," he chuckles.
She spreads out her arms and groans.
"Our flight was so long!"
"Still feeling it huh?" Alex asks.
"Yeah, sorry if I'm not socializing that much."
"I understand. It's for the better with how much you talk."
"Hey!" She throws a pillow his way.
"It's the truth!" He throws it back.
She sticks her tongue out.
"How do you guys feel about the season?"
"Pretty good, we've made some real improvement from last year," George says.
"I'm really excited," Alex says smiling.
"That's good to hear," she smiles.
"Move up will you?" Alex says.
George and Summer move to the side making space for Alex on the bed too. They had always laid like that.
"Just like old times," Alex sighs.
"Yeah."
"So Alex tell me about Lily," she nudges him in the side.
"She's great," he smiles. She's probably the best thing that's ever happened to me."
"I'm happy for you," she smiles.
"Thanks."
"And I finally understand how Alex always felt," George chuckles. Summer lets out a laugh.
"I bet you can."
"I don't like it."
"Oh poor baby," she pouts and jokingly pinches his cheeks.
"Stop," he laughs and moves her hand away.

"How's South Africa treating you now?" Alex asks.
"Oh it's great, I'm in a really good place right now. It was almost like I never left."
"And your parents, how are they?" George asks.
"You know, I think my dad is doing well. My mom, not so much. She's really been struggling, it hit her hard." She sighs.
"I can't even imagine."
"And with the anniversary coming up, she's even worse than normal."
"When you return give her lots of hugs from me," George says.
"And me!"
"Yeah sure," she smiles softly.

"Movie night?" Alex asks.
"Why not?" Summer sits up with her back against the wall.
"You can choose," Alex gets up to get his laptop.
"Aww look at you being nice," Summer laughs.
"Don't get used to it," he laughs.
"I won't."

She chooses a movie and they lie together comfortably. Summer still exhausted falls asleep, her head resting on George.
George smiles at the sight, he gently takes off her glasses so they don't break while she sleeps. He eventually falls asleep too.
Alex decides to not wake them and goes to lie down on the couch which is just infront of the bed.

-

Summer suddenly sees bright lights coming towards them.
"Mark watch out!" She shouts, but she's too late. Before she knows it the other car rams into them. She blacks out for a few seconds, but when she's awake again she sees the blood on her brother. There's glass in his head and she can't tell if he's breathing.
"Mark!" She moves towards him and gently shakes him, in case he's hurt really bad.
"Mark! Come on wake up!" She feels around him for a pulse, she feels nothing.
"Mark, please wake up please!" Tears fill her eyes.
"Please Mark I can't lose you, I need you come on," she sobs.

-

"Summer!" George speaks "hey wake up," he gently touches her.
Her eyes open.
"Are you okay?" He asks concerned.
"It's just a nightmare I'm fine," but tears fall down her face.
George wraps his arms around her. Summer is grateful for his touch, she needs a hug right now.
"It's gonna be okay darling," he whispers and softly rubs her back.
"I'm sorry for waking you up."
"Don't be sorry, it's okay," he squeezes her. "I didn't realize you have nightmares about him."
"Did I say his name?"
"You did."
She wipes her own tears away.
"I have them sometimes."
"I'm sorry."
Alex is awake too but he leaves them be.

"I should probably go to my room," she says after just sitting with George holding her for a while.
"Are you sure? You can really stay here," Alex speaks.
"No, you have quali tomorrow you should be sleeping in the bed," she smiles softly.
"Okay then," Alex wraps his arms around her.
"I'll walk with you, I should get to my own too," George says.
"Thank you."

Alex wraps his arms around her.
"Goodluck for tomorrow," she smiles weakly.
"Thanks," he smiles. "Sleep well guys."
The pair say their goodbyes and then leave.
"Are you doing okay?"
"I'm fine George."
"You're not fine Summer."
"George it's just a nightmare it's not like I'm not used to it."
"Does it happen often?"
She simply nods her head.
"This is my room."
George wraps his arms around her.
"I know you're not okay, but that's okay. I'm here if you ever want to talk," he whispers.
"Why are you being so nice to me? After everything I did to you?"
"After everything you did to me? Summer, you did so much for me. And I will always be grateful for that. You did what you had to do, and I told you I understand. I could never do anything to hurt you. I care about you, and nothing you or anyone else does will ever change that."
"Really?"
"Really."
She gives him a small smile.
"You should get to bed, tomorrow is important."
"Yes, of course," he says stepping away from her.
"Goodluck."
"Thank you," he says, she then opens her door.
"See you."
"See you," he smiles.

I love you

Summer changes into her pajamas and then crawls in next to André sleeping.
He stirs and his arms wrap around her waist.
"Hey! You're coming in late," he whispers.
"I accidentally fell asleep, but then I woke up just now."
"Did you have a nightmare?"
"Yeah."
He squeezes her tighter.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm good now, thank you."
"Good."
"How did the talk go?" She giggles.
"I think it went really well."
"That's good news," she smiles.
"Mhm."
She feels herself drift off to sleep again.
