"Are you ready?" Dee asked Nijah as she dressed My'Asia.

"Not not really" she mumbled. Her mood been off all day.

She was about to have tootie and her dad meet eachother for the first time.

"Thank you" she watched as he put My'Asia in her car seat.

They walked outside and he put tootie in the car and Nijah got in.

"Alright later" she smiled and he nodded before she drove off.

Nijah grabbed her daughters car seat and walked towards the house she used to live in.

She heard yelling making her frown.

"Maybe not a good day toot" she looked at her daughter who was up looking around.

She knocked on the door and Ace opened it up with a mug.

He looked like he hasn't slept in weeks. He looked so stressed.

"Who the fuck is that at the door?" She heard and already knew who it was.

"Nijah? I didn't know you were coming this early" His face lit up and she chuckled.

"Yea I can tell you weren't expecting us" she said as he let her in.

"Us?" He asked not even noticing the car seat.

"Yea" she held it up as she looked around.

She looked around the house.

It was clean and looked mostly the same.

"Oh, you brought your daughter?" He scratched his neck. He didn't know what nigga would let his daughter come to another niggas house.

"Our daughter you mean" she glanced at him before looking at My'Asia who was looking at Ace.

"No.. you for real?" he smiled and Nijah nodded.

"Bro why you ain't tell me?" He looked at her.

"Damon do not start that shit I tried to tell you, and you ignored me for months" she said.

"But when I asked you about it you lied—

"What did you expect— you know what, do you want to see her or not, she knows who you are" she rolled her eyes making Ace smile again.

"What's her name" he asked grabbing her out of the seat as she smiled.

"What do you think" she asked and he smiled harder.
