"Daddy look" Tootie told Ace as they watched the dolphins do tricks.

"Yea I see" he smiled as he held her.

"Let's go" she said making him shake his head and start walking away.

"You ready to leave leave ?" He asked her and she nodded.

"Okay you can walk you're a big girl" he said putting her down and grabbing her hand.

"I want ice cream" she said and he nodded.

"What did you eat today?" He asked her as they got to the car.

He strapped her seat and handed her , her tablet.

"Cakes" she said referring to pancakes making him nod.

"Okay you can have ice cream" he mumbled looking for the nearest Cold stone.

He found one and started to drive there.

They got there and he got her out of her seat.

They walked in and nobody was in there so they walked right up.

"Hey, how can I help you guys today?" The girl smiled at Ace.

"Dad I want that one" Tootie pointed to a random Ice cream that looked good to her.

"Can she have a sample of that one" he said and the girl nodded before taking out a small spoon and giving it to Tootie.

"Mmmmm" she said as she ate the ice cream.

"Okay let me get a small one of the birthday cake and a large" he said.

"Okay do you want any toppings?" She asked.

"Tootie what you want on it?" He looked at her.

"Everything" she mumbled as she stared into her tablet making the girl laugh.

"Okay in both of them put some golden Oreos in it"

"Please" Tootie added making the girl smile.

"She's so cute"

"Thank you" they both said at the same time.

"And in hers could you add some sprinkles" he said and Tootie added please again.

"Okay your total is 13.26" she said making Ace grab his card.

"Let me get your number too" Ace looked at her and she smiled.

"Okay" she smiled writing it down and handing it to him not even knowing that she would experience heartbreak some time soon.

"What's your name?" He asked her and she looked up.

"Asia" she said making Tootie look up.

"That's my name too" she said making Asia smile.

"Really?" She asked and Tootie nodded.

"Her name is My'Asia so" Ace shrugged before grabbing the Ice Cream.

"Awe that's so cute" she said. "Bye My'Asia" she waved making Tootie wave back.

"Bye" she waved as they left.

Ace out her in the car before tightening her seatbelt and getting in.

"You want to eat it at your mommy's house or do you want to come back to my house" he looked at her and she shrugged.

"Mommy's house" she said looking on her tablet.

Ace shook his head knowing she got that from Nijah.

She would shrug or say she didn't know when she knew exactly what she wanted to do.

"Okay" he said driving towards Nijah house.

They pulled up and he got Tootie out.

He knocked on the door and Nijah opened it before picking up tootie.

"Hi mommy! I got ice cream" Tootie smiled as her mom held her.

She looked up at Ace and frowned.

"She didn't eat today"

"She said she had pancakes" he said as Nijah let him in.

"So you didn't call and ask?" She said as Ace handed Tootie her Ice cream.

"What are you talking about?"

"You can't just pop up and get her anymore, only on certain days" she said and he scrunched up his face.

"Step outside" he said walking outside and Nijah followed him.

"What do you mean? I can get my daughter whenever I want" he said.

"Well I seen Sharon today and she said she got something coming for you and my baby, Ace I can't believe you put us in this situation" she crossed her arms.

"She's a crackhead! She's been saying this shit for the passed 2 years and look" he waved his arms around.

"First of all, calm down. Second what do you expect?! That's my baby at the end of the day—

"Our baby, what makes you think you can be out and about with her and I can't? Don't make me take yo ass to court you won't win" he pointed.

"Ace we can go to court! This is for my childs safety if you getting threats, she's not gon be nowhere around you!" She explained.

"Denijah I would literally give up my own life for that child! But I guess we just gon have to wait and see" he shrugged before walking away.

A few seconds later he walked back up.

"I need to tell my daughter I'll see her later" he said and Nijah stepped to the side let him in.

"I'll see you later baby girl" Ace kisses Tooties forehead.

"Bye daddy" she waved as he left.

Nijah sat next to Tootie and rubbed her hair.

"I love you" Nijah kissed her cheek.

"I love you too" she smiled as she watched the show on her iPads.
