Paul wrapped his arms around a fragile Micah and helped him to his feet, keeping a firm grin on his waist to prevent him from falling.

"Would you like to stay here tonight, or go home?" Paul asked softly. If anyone was watching, they would have been extremely confused on why Paul Lahote was being so kind and gentle the boy, when he was mean and angry towards everyone Else.

But Paul had grown up with Micah. He knew how fragile and damaged he really was, so he always reeled in his temper around the teen. Only showing it to ones who wanted to do him harm. That's why he couldn't wait to sink his teen into the Cullens.

He knew he couldn't kill them because that would hurt Micah, But there wasn't a reason why he couldn't hurt them.

Micah shook his head, "I want to go home," he croaked. He just wanted his bed, where he could burry his head into the pillow and pretend it was all just a bad dream. Even if he knew it wasn't.

"Okay," Paul said softly. With his arm wrapped firmly around his waist, Paul began slowly leading them out of the house.

"I'll call Charlie and tell him what happened," Said Sam.

Micah nodded, not really paying attention. His mind sorely on the fact that they where back. Why they where back, he didn't understand. It couldn't have been because they wanted him back. It just couldn't.

He knew that Jasper had told him they never wanted to leave him, but they did surely that meant they never really cared about him in the first place. Not if they where able to leave him just like that.

So if they weren't here for him, what where they doing back. The honest answer was, he didn't know and he didn't want to know. He would never forget what happened and he doubted he would forgive them any time soon.

Maybe in the possible future, they could become friends again, but Micah was determined not to let anyone into his heart like that again.

Micah didn't know what he was going to do if they returned to school. It was all too soon for him. He felt like seeing them would hurt more.

Maybe he could take some time off, or test out and finish early? He was definitely smart enough, but would Charlie let him was the big question.

He knew he would be doing it so he could avoid the Cullens at all cost, but it was the only way. He didn't want to see there smug faces.

"Micah?" Paul asked warily at the very silent teen, who had his head pressed against the dogged up window in his truck.

"Hmm?" Micah looked towards Paul, "Yeah?"

"Are you going to be okay?" Paul asked.

Micah put on a fake smile, "Yeah, I'll be fine. Besides, just because there back doesn't mean I'll see them." He lied with a shrug.

Paul sighed sadly, hearing the small blip in his heartbeat, telling him he just lied, but he decided not to mention it.

Paul soon pulled up to the Weber house and hopped out of his truck, walked over to Micah's side, and helped him out too.

Once they reached the door, Micah walked inside. He gave Paul a small sad smile and shut the door.

The house was quiet, Arthur was at a friends house and both Jessica and Angela where both shopping, leaving Micah all alone.

With his cane in hand, Micah slowly made his way up the wooden staircase and towards his bedroom.

Once inside, he shut the door behind himself before walking around and shutting all the curtains.

Once the room was caked in darkness, Micah sat down on the bed and rested his head in his hands, unknown to him that an honey blonde and his brother where doing the exact same in there own house.

Jasper and Emmett looked up at the sound of their family walking in through the front door.

"I hope your happy." Jasper spat, "I just got off the phone with him, he will never forgive us. And it's all your fault," standing up, Jasper flashed out of the house, making sure to slam his shoulder into Edward's.

Emmett didn't say anything, instead he shook his head at his family in disappointment and followed after his brother.

Before they both could stop themselves, both Jasper and Emmett found themselves under Micah's window, listening to his heartbeat.

The wanted nothing more than to go up there and hug him close to their chest, but Micah didn't want to see them yet, so they where going to respect his wishes and stay down there instead.

Micah sighed, he felt like someone was watching him. After being with the Cullens for over a year, he got pretty good at sensing when one of them was near.

Even now, two months after they left, he still knew. With a deep breath, Micah pushed himself up and hobbled over to the window, opening it before returning back to his bed.

"Are you coming up or not?" He asked tiredly. A few seconds later, Both Jasper and Emmett where standing in his bedroom.

"Jasper, Emmett," Micah greeted, "I thought I said it wasn't a good idea to see each other?"

"I'm sorry," Jasper said softly, looking towards the ground, "We just had to make sure you where alive."

"You spoke to me on the phone, I think that's proof enough."

Both Jasper and Emmett winced at the roughness of Micah's voice.

"I know, but I had to see it for myself. We both did."

Micah sighed, "I'm tired," he said simply, his tone laced with dismissal. He really was tired, he didn't want to deal with this.

"C-Can," Jasper started, he knew the answer would probably be a no, but he had to ask, "Can we stay?" He asked, his voice sound small and vulnerable.

Micah sighed again, he really was too tired for this, and really couldn't be bothered to argue, "Just tonight," he sighed, shifting so he was laying down, "Bit don't expect this to become a regular thing. After tonight, this isn't happening again. Ever."

Jasper and Emmett both nodded in understanding and both flashed over, laying as close as they could without touching. They closed there eyes and pretend to be asleep while listening to his heartbeat.
