Yet hoping for better; that gentle protection
And only a little is needed to burst
Reason; not often needed, explanation unwanted
Madness; never understood, caused questions
Shame; grasp hold of what's dusted
Hurt; unexpected turns, wild suggestions
Power; always wanted, never found
Pain; disappointment and hurt
Love; faithful, steadfast to the ground
Faith; trust, loyalty, all easily burnt
One question is all it takes
