manik (thought for a moment)- I choose to go murthy mansion..

Nandini (sadly)- why??

manik- coz it's wee hrs in the morning and u have an early morning flight so obviously everyone in your family will be up by sunrise .. I don't want you to have a difficult time dealing with their questions...ill drop u at ur home.. go n get atleast some power nap before getting ready for the day...

nandini- bt manik

manik- no nandini... I also wish to see sunrise with u bt we will have to plan it some other day... u might have last minute packing to do or a need for brief rest..

nandini- fine... let's go home then...

manik drove to her house... whereas nandini was very quiet throughout the ride... when they reached murthy mansion nandini turned n hugged manik tightly from sideways..

nandini- I don't want to go...

manik- Me too.. bt aisa nai ho sakta na... dad says work is worship... n urs is a noble job... so work comes first..

nandini (breaking the hug)- I'll miss you..

manik- I'll miss u too... now go Varna Jane nai dunga...

nandini smiled seeing is attempt to cheer her up.. she got down from the car n went near her inside the mansion gates.. as soon as the gates closed manik slumped his head on the steering wheel trying to control his emotions.. there was a knock on his window.. he pulled his head up to see who did that n found nandini there... he rolled his window down

manik- nandu??? kya hua.. tum gai nai???

nandini- kuch bhul gai thi isiliye I came back

manik- bhul gai thi?? kya??

nandini- ye (she pecked his lips) good night.. go safely.. msg me once u reach.. (saying so she ran inside the gates)

manik rewind all the happenings in his mind n blushed a lot bt composing himself he left for home... as soon as he reached home he texted nandini about the same n was heading to dining room for water when he bumped into someone...

person (girly painful tone)- ouchh...

manik- m sorry.. I didn't see u coming...

Person- manik bhai???

manik(turned on his mobile flash)- navya?? tum???

navya- bhai aap itne raat ko kaha se aa rhe ho...

manik- navya it's 4.30 in the morning nt night...

navya- jo b ho.. aap kaha se aa rhe ho???

manik- bahar gaya tha thoda...

navya (seeing his clothes in the flash light)- nope aap abhi ghar aa rhe ho... u r wearing same outfit which u were wearing at ice cream parlor... (She gave him accusing look)

manik- fine.. meri maa.. u win...u r right m coming home now... bt u cannot tell anyone about this...

navya- bt I wanna kno where were u??

manik- fine I'll tell u bt yaha nai... kisi ne dekh liya to pitai hogi

navya- right.. let's go to terrace.. (manik n navya went on the terrace)

navya- ab batao kaha gaye the???

manik- Beach pe gaya tha... I was upset isiliye

navya- nandini is going isiliye

manik- ya... I never thought I'll have to again have long distance frndship with nandini..

navya (giggling)- bhai it's long distance relationship... there is no concept of long distance friendship..

manik- acha.. to what is ur and cabir's relationship???

navya (Stammering)- we.. we r... we r just friends

manik- acha frnds??? to u guys must be meeting regularly na like everyday or every week or every month or every quarter nai???

navya- no we meet once or twice in a year... we stay away na...

manik- bt u said there is nothing like long distance frndship.. (he raised an eyebrow teasingly) what is it then bolo... bolo bolo..

navya- I don't know... I mean I always thought that it's frndship bt what u said yesterday made me rethink on ur equation.. I thought a lot bt have no conclusion..

manik- ohk... so if u r nt sleepy then let's find out... what say

navya- ok..

manik- bt u have to be honest with me... tell me what do u think of cabir generally

navya- I think he is smart and funny bt lazy and a lot foodie.

manik- ok... so what is bothering you actually

navya- his behavior since yesterday morning... he is avoiding me like a plague... he doesn't have a minute also for me to just say hie...

manik- it's ok navya... it happens.. me n nandini also don't talk fr days... she is busy in her work or work colleagues... it happens when one frnd is busy n other is kinda free...

navya- nai bhai... vo to muje b pata h... bt I felt some weird things today when cabir didn't talk to me... I felt very bad.. I felt ignored.. I felt like pulling him n sticking him to me.. I felt like killing nandini n soha who had his attention... m nt understanding what is it..

manik- ohk... I guess u r right coz aisa frndship main nai hota.. frnds main sirf dost pe gussa aata h.. muje bahut aata tha nandini pe jab she used to ignore me...

navya- ye kya feeling h.. m nt getting it.. upar se u said its jealousy nt anger... ab this jealousy angle is confusing me a lot... coz aapne muje pyaar k bare main b bola... so ye ya h muje samaj nai aa rha

manik- oh..ohkk..chill.. we will find out.. coz frndship nai h ye to confirm ho gaya coz I told u frndship main u get angry on frnd nt the other person... plus I felt u were jealous too.. so let's Google to find out what is it.. (manik pretends to be very innocent) muje b nai pata about such stuffs..(manik takes out his phone n searches about jealousy symptoms) ok so Google says "Jealousy generally refers to the thoughts or feelings of insecurity, fear, and concern over a relative lack of possessions or safety". Insecurity is a good word to describe what u felt... coz u felt like u r loosing cabir to those girls.. right??

navya- right..

manik- let's find why were u jealous.. ok so according to google we feel jealous because "of our sense that a cherished connection we have with another person is threatened, and our fear that a loved one may find someone else to replace us".

manik- this matches a lot with your situation navya..now it's upto u navya to find out y u don't want to loose cabir to others... n y only cabir.. n nt anyone else...
