When Inko decides that Deku will be going to America this summer break, what happens when he is reunited with his cousin?
And how much does he change?

It had been exactly 14 hours and 30 minutes since the class had you reunited, but very briefly as after around five minutes Deku remembered that him and his cousin had an occupation at a nearby restaurant. He quickly dashed to their car with Isui right on his heels after he introduced her and gave his classmates his number and Insta (like every other trend-binge book of Deku imma pretend that he didn't give them his no or any socials beforehand cause I need an excuse for why he didn't talk to them for almost an entire fucking month).
He finished his shift at 2 in the night because today was in June, and there are a lot of couples in June. So the manager decided to take advantage of the situation and fixed a big pride flag outside the door and extended the time from 7am to 10pm to 8am to 2am. And why did Deku and Isui have 6 hours of straight torture? Well it was because they were openly apart of LGTBQ+, you can guess the rest. Tired and disheveled, he drove his way back, his sister passed out in the car after muttering something like 'I don't get paid enough for this shit'.
Deku had trained himself to wake up at 6:30 in Japanese timelines and this could be a problem too, it was now currently 4 am in the morning and so Deku had only gotten about 2 hours of sleep. He tried to fall back into dreamland but had pathetically failed. In the end he decided he was going to go to the local drug store to buy some quick-effect, over-the-counter sleeping pills.
After leaving a note that said he had gone out he cautiously stepped out of the house. There was a light drizzle so Deku had grabbed an umbrella before hand. He stepped out and locked the front doors with his keys that had been given for temporary use.
Glancing at the cars, he considered driving them. Hisashi and Isui had taught him basic car driving lessons but it was night, he could easily crash. Not to mention he didn't have a proper license. Concluding it wasn't worth the risk no matter how tired he might be, he lifted his umbrella and began to walk.
The sky was an inky black and there wasn't many stars that could be seen anymore anywhere. The moon was still out and was currently a waxing Gibbons and only a few shops were beginning to open. As Deku walked there was a slosh in every step, and it was getting increasingly louder as the rain got heavier. Luckily though, The drugstore was practically open 24/7, Isui knew as she frequently went there to buy menstrual items, the girl often forgot when she was out and on top she was an irregular.
He did a turn into a corner and looked up. The small buildings to there, grey in the dark, with LED lights from the windows and a bit of greenery surrounding it. To Deku, it looked like the pearly gates of heaven. And inside there was pills that could let him gets some damn sleep.
He walked in, and in five minutes, he walked out but now with that hand, that had recently been stuffed into his jean pockets desperate for warmth, was clutching a small strip of Doxylamine Succinate that kinda looked like drugs.
He walked back on the same path he pursued looking around. Then, on the other side of the road he stared at a boy who was staring right back at him. He had a black umbrella and his blue eye was in heavy contrast compared to the dull, grey atmosphere while the brown one matched a bit more but was stood out nonetheless. After three seconds of continuous eye contact, they shuffled over to each other, stopping only when there was half a metre distancing between them while right smack in the middle of the road.
A huge happy smile emerged on Deku's face while Todorokis lips curled up into a gentle warm smile.
Deku thought for a moment, he really wanted to hug Todoroki, like, really badly, but he didn't know whether he would feel comfortable. So hesitantly, he positioned himself into a hugging stance where his arms were wide and open. Todoroki looked at Deku's nervous face for a second before he caught on and pulled him into a embrace with his arms wrapped around his middle back. As soon as Todoroki hugged him Deku hugged back slightly squeezing him, his chin and mouth was stuffed into Todoroki's clothed neck due to height differences and hugging complexes. They stood like that before Todoroki slowly whispered into Deku's ear,
"I missed you.."
Deku's face flushed but he tilted his head to Todoroki's ear whispered back,
"I missed you too" , then he muttered an apology for leaving without saying anything about it. Todoroki gave a slightly angry grunt but then smiled contently in Deku's arms while embracing him tighter. Deku pulled him in more and closed all distance between themselves, their bodies were flat against each other. He took a shaky breath and loudly stammered out a confession aware of all risks. Todoroki's smile faded and he stood stiff for a second. He pulled his head out of Deku's shoulder.
"I like you too" he said with his eyes lingering on the freckled ones lips. "Now," he said calmly "May you please open your mouth?"
"Eh?-mph" Todoroki locked their lips and slid his tongue into Deku's mouth. In 3 seconds of shock the greenette melted into the kiss and had begun to rub his tongue against Todoroki's i'm slowly slipped into his mouth.
This continued as they moved into a more suitable position where the shorter one had a hand on the taller ones waist with another on his chest. He had his feet firm on the ground supporting the taller ones weight. While Todoroki (the taller one) was is leaning in with one hand on the shorter one's waist and another caressing the side of his face.
Muffled moans, sharp gasps the sound of rain now pouring on the road and the discarded umbrellas was all that could be heard. Until a pissed off driver honked at them repeatedly.
"You're blocking the road!" the lady shrieked at them. Deku and Todoroki ripped away from eachother. They grabbed their still-lying-open-on-the-road umbrellas and jumped to the sidewalk.
The car engine started to roll and the lady drove off saying something inaudible as the windows were now up. The two were left alone again but it was a strike of lightning that made Deku propose to go to his house. So the two boys, one shivering as he was drenched to the bone, and the other trying his best to be a fireplace walked down the sidewalk to a place which Deku called his fathers house.
