"I am not letting you leave, Jonathan." I chuckled as I looked out the window of my living room. It was raining bullets with violent and loud lightning, thunder, and winds outside.

The weather broadcasts said that it was going to be a light rainstorm. But it honestly looked like someone pissed off God.

"It'll be fine, (y/n). I'll just call my mom to come over and pick me up." my boyfriend, Jonathan said.

As if on cue, both of our phones let out a county-wide alert saying that most streets throughout the town were flooded and it was recommended that no one drive anywhere for safety. Jonathan furrowed his eyebrows at the news and sighed.

"Well, I mean. It's already dark out there. I can't stay overnight. I don't have any spare clothes to sleep in." Jonathan explained.

"Actually, you do." I said, "I have some old t-shirts and sweats that I took from you.". Jonathan looked at me, pondering why I stole some of his clothes but I cut him off. "They just looked comfy and not miss-able to me, okay?".

He shrugged it off with another light sigh, seeing that he was set for the night. "Okay, fine. I'll call my mom to tell her I'm gonna spend the night with you." he said pulling out his phone and going to another room to do so.

After a short conversation, and overhearing Jonathan's mom half-jokingly telling him not to "get up to no good" with me, Jonathan came back in and said that our sudden surprise sleepover was good to go.

After doing our nightly routine, well, more like me doing my nightly routine and Jonathan trying to do his the best that he can since he's not in his home, and watching a few movies together I noticed that it was getting late and both of us were growing tired.

"Alright, time to call it a night. Come on." I said getting up from the couch of the living room and taking Jonathan's hand to have him get up too.

"Wait. You want me to sleep in your bed with you?" Jonathan asked with a bit of a blush on his cheeks. "Yeah. It's fine, my bed is big enough for two." I answered as I lead him to my room. "We can even cuddle if you want to." I remarked, knowing that it might make him blush just a little more.

Once we got to my room I let him pick which side he wanted and turned out the lights and got under the covers with him.

"Good night, Jon" I commented.

"Night, (N/n)." Jonathan mumbled, already clearly falling asleep.

I give him a little peck on the forehead before going to sleep myself.

I woke up and looked at the alarm clock on my nightstand seeing that it was still dark out.

"3:51 am" it read in its dim lights.

I let out a small hum before turning over on my side, now facing towards Jonathan. I saw him, still lying there, asleep. But I noticed that every once in a while a part of his body would slightly twitch. I brushed it off since I knew that people often twitched a little bit in their sleep.

I noticed my throat felt a bit dry so I carefully got out of bed, as to not disturb Jon, and went down to the kitchen to get some water.

(Jonathan's pov)

"Sock, stop it." I tried to say, but the words couldn't come out. I had no control over my voice or my mouth. I didn't have control over anything. Sock did. He had full control over my body.

"It won't be that bad. I won't make a mess. I promise." Sock spoke, using my voice and using my hand to reach for a knife from the kitchen. I tried my hardest to not let my arm grab the handle, but it was no use.

"Sock I swear to god! Don't you dare hurt them!" I begged feeling Sock starting to make my body walk back to (y/n)'s bedroom where they were still asleep. I continued to beg. Both for him not to kill my (boyfriend/girlfriend/partner) using my body and for some chance of me regaining control over my body again.

As Sock crept closer and made it to (Y/n)'s room I could see them still there sleeping there peacefully, unknowing of what was currently happening and what might happen.

And I knew that all I could do was be forced to watch.

I came back into my room with a glass of water, just about to put it on my nightstand when I heard ruffling in the sheets of my bed. I look over to see Jonathan twitching more aggressively in his sleep and curling into a ball. There was very clearly something wrong.

I quickly place my glass down and walk over to the side of the bed that Jonathan was on. "Jonathan..." I softly whispered attempting to wake him up gently, but all I got was a small little whimper. "Jonathan, wake up." I spoke, gently shaking him awake.

With that, Jonathan awoke with a shakey gasp and sat up a little. I couldn't see much in the darkness of the room but I could see that Jonathan had a face full of both sadness and panic. I turned on the bedside lamp to illuminate the room better but not bright enough to strain his eyes.

In the new lighting, I could see that Jonathan was extremely distressed and even had tears threatening to pour out of his eyes. His breathing was fast and shaking.

"Hey, hey, hey, Jon. It's okay." I softly explained. "It's fine. Everything is fine, Jonny." I said. With those words, Jonathan began to calm down and started to steady his breathing.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked.

He shook his said.

"Okay, that's fine," I replied. "Do... do you want me to hold you? Would that make you feel better?" I asked.

He sat there for a second but eventually nodded.

Without any more words or questions, I got back onto my side of the bed and moved closer to Jonathan letting him lay in the crook of my neck as I wrapping one of my arms around his waist and moving the other one to gently rub his back.

The storm outside had dilled down to just gentle rain and causing gentle tapping on the window.

After about twenty minutes of laying there in silence listening to the rain, I grew tired again and could tell that Jonathan had already fallen back to sleep. I turned off the lamp, but not before giving Jonathan a little kiss on the top of his head.
