**time skip, its now been a year since Katrina was in russia, Riley is 5 but is the same, Misha and Sergei are 6 and still the same. Janet is 25 and more depressed then ever**

** Janet's P.O.V**

I wake up at 8 a.m.. Today was the day. Its officially been a year since Katrina was left in Russia. I sigh and get up. I head into the kitchen

"Morning Kids, what do you want for breakfast?" I ask

"Tan I have the-" Riley began to speak before I cut her off

"No Riley. You can't have the dino nuggies" I say

"Pwease?" She begged. I thought she grew out of this

"No Riley. But you can have Bacon and eggs" I answer

"Otay!" She replies happily

"You want the same thing boys?" I ask

"Da!" They reply

I smiled and began to cook our food, once I had finished I sat down at the table that I had bought and began to eat

"How did you sleep kids?" I ask

"Very good mother" reply Sergei and Misha

"My sleep was otay" Riley answered

"Why was it just okay Riley?" I ask

"I kept hearing noises at the window" answers Riley

"After breakfast I'll check on it" I reply with a smile

"Otay!" Replies Riley

After we have all finished, I take our plates and begin to wash them, as I began to wash the dishes I hear a knock on the door, I head over and open the door.

"Hello Janet" a familiar voice says

I look up to see Katrina. I couldn't believe it. I had to of been dreaming.

"Can I come in?" Asks Katrina

I was in shock as memories from last year flooded my mind, I just nodded my head and allowed her inside. The second she got inside I fall into her arms as she holds me, I felt safe in her arms.

"I didn't think I'd ever see you again..." I mumbled as I breathed in her sweet scent of roses

"I'm sorry for leaving you for this long Janet.." Katrina answers

I am awoken from my dream by a large bang in the kitchen, "can't I dream about Katrina without being disturbed?" I say out loud

I grab my phone, 9:46 a.m.. I sigh. I had had that same dream every day for the past year now, i wake up at 8, fix the kids breakfast, and then Katrina comes back...

Of course I knew it would never come true, Katrina wouldn't risk me getting hurt. She loves me so much, I'm in pain without her. It's been a year and I haven't even thought about moving on. I wonder if she had.

I head down the stairs and into the kitchen, I see what happened. I saw broken glass on the floor with cereal around it

"Sorry about that mother, I stood on Sergei's shoulders and he saw a spider" Misha comes up from behind, staring at Sergei with a annoyed look

"Spiders are scary!" Sergei defends himself

"It's okay boys, I'll clean it up. Can you wake up Riley and tell her its time for breakfast?" I ask

"Da" they answer and begin to head back upstairs

I grab a broom and dustpan and sweep up the glass and cereal. I then put it into the garbage. I open the fridge and get out my last bottle of wine
