Peter: "Uhh, May, what do you think?"
May walked inside Peter's room and saw him
May: "Well, I say you're stunning dear, you'll definetely make your girlfriend happy!"
Peter: *blushes* "Y-Yeah, I hope so..."
May: "You'll do great, Pete. Now let's go, don't wanna make a girl wait~"
Peter and May got inside the car and she drove him to Pembrooke
May: "Now, repeat what you have to do."
Peter: "Okay: when I see her I give her compliments, but not too much or it would be creepy, then open the car door for her and be a gentleman the entire time."
May: "Good boy, have fun."
Then May drove away, leaving Peter at Pembrooke. He got inside and saw a man at the reception, who greeted him
???: "Evening sir, do you need anything?"
Peter: "Ehm, yeah, I'm Peter Parker, I came to-"
Smithers: "Ahh yes, Mr. Parker! Mrs. Lodge said you would come. I'm Smithers, it's a pleasure to meet you." *extends hand*
Peter: "Oh, I see. A pleasure for me as well." *shakes his hand*
Smithers: "I'll tell the Lodges you're here. You can head to the elevator, their floor is the last one."
Peter: "Okay, thanks."
Peter went inside the elevator and pushed the button to the last floor, the attic, this remembered him Harry's apartment in New York, if Lodges' apartment was even a little like Harry's he could already picture himself with his mouth opened like an idiot. The elevator opened with a ding and Peter got outside of it, after that a door opened, revealing a beautiful black-haired woman, Peter thought immediately that she was Veronica's mother, who greeted him with a big smile
