Chapter 11 - More Problems

Dream's POV:
*2 years go*

Its been 4 years now since the war happened, since my parents died, most importantly my sister disappearing.

My sister and I were always close with each other trying not to get separated from each other. But here we are and I don't know where is she and that is infuriating. Drista is my only family member left and she is the one I couldn't protect.

Ever since the war happened I just couldn't be myself anymore. My parents gone, my sister disappeared and I jist don't know what happened to her, Samuel dying (Callahan's brother). There was many deaths happening in the span of the last 4 years. But also many changes in the last 4 years.

Sapnap, he hasn't changed much but is still grieving like me for Drista and Samuel. He tries to have a smile but we are all just suffering inside.

Callahan, I just wonder how he hasn't killed anyone yet, with the death of Samuel I would have expected him to change. But he is still caring, dashing, and witty as he always has been. Even after 4 years.

Anderson, has been keeping the pack in checked until I, Sapnap, and callahan can fully take over and have titles. He is burned out and I can see it, but when we all take charge I hope he can use this chance to relax.

A year after the war we also got new patrol wolves to match the youngness of the pack. They are skilled and just by one look you can mistake them since they look like a friend group (which we are) but these people are deathly.

Karl Jacobs, his smile brights up the room he enters, he is caring, sympathetic, and overall smart. His fighting skills are amazing and you wouldn't even tell he is amazing since he acts like a teddy bear.

Foolish Gamer, He's built for sure, his combat skills are there, he is even my part time bodyguard, he was an obvious pick.

Corpse Husband, Deathly for sure and with just a pocket knife alone. His combat skill need a bit work with swiftness but he is amazing and voice 10/10.

Ranboo Phantom, the youngest from the people we chose but his skills are unmatched. His combat, building, making, and everything else he excels at. He is also a good chef like come on. What can this guy not do? We will never know.

Skeppy Diamond, master in technology best that I ever saw, his smarts and wittiness is there, combat needs work but he shows his determination and that is always welcomed.

Quackity Maldonado, a goofball for sure, but don't let that oversee his skills. His combat is there, but he is also amazing at building gadgets and bombs and hey who doesnt like a good bomb once in a while.

Punz Gold, definitely can be as good as Sapnap. That is all. If he can almost beat sapnap then he is good, very good at combat.

These patrol wolves will start when me, Sapnap, and Callahan have taken our places in the pack.

Now as for me and how I am doing. We'll just see shall we.

It's my 21st birthday and finally my official day I became an Alpha to the Nightmare pack.

"You go out everyday and everynight and you get Foolish to follow you around just in case you get 'reckless'"
"May i add Corpse, Foolish has done a great job!"
"You have forgotten you duties as an upcoming Alpha"
"Sapnap its not that serious"
"Ok since you don't see the problem we will stop saying it nicely...

You have killed every intruder without any reason(and blowing them up), you have been skipping every meeting to prepare you to become the next Alpha, you keep getting drunk and having one night stand after one night stand, you lock yourself in your room without getting anything to eat, drink, or exercise, you are killing yourself Dream and your wolf and you don't even see that or acknowledge it."

"I had a brother, a young brother we wont go into much detail right now but he was around 5. One day I came back home and saw my house trashed, everything ripped and when I went to my parents room, I saw blood... *starts getting emotional* And t-then I-I went-t to my brothers room and also blood and I just couldnt take it so I left and called the cops... I lost my entire family that day at just age 8"

"I'm sorry you had to go through that at such a young age.."
"Since then I was put in foster care, that didn't last long since they knew I was a patrol wolf so I was put in training by age 13."
"That's actually fucked up"
"Its part of the system Karl, that is what we are meant to do, we can't change that"
"Did you get to find out what happened to your parents and brother Ranboo?"
"It was a pack, our house was close to the border and it got trashed heavily, I believe it was called the 'L'manberg pack'"

"Everything always revolves around them! They are the reason of our loved ones deaths, and all for what we don't fucking understand

I have tried to be strong but all that caused was for me to look even more defeated *grabs Ranboo's hand* we will get revenge Ranboo for your family and for mines!

*Ranboo then notices..*

'That ring on Dreams hand looks awfully like mines but his is green and mines is purple.... I'll just ask about it later'
