Chapter 14 - Ally

Drista's POV:

"I hear a scream Poki"
"That sounded more like a male scream Drista"
"I kinda recognize the scream"
"We can't check if that is what you are trying to ask

George's POV:

Being here for almost 5 years has been definitely a life changer. No one dares to step a foot close to me since now everyone knows that I have been the one to kill Schlatt. Everyone does their own thing now and finally having some peace around here is a life changer.
When walking around the forest to try and find some food for the day I heard a scream much too loud for my comfort so I seek for the source of it.

"LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE CHARLIE!"
"I don't think I can do that now little pup."
"Now that I finally found you why would I leave you alone?"
"Schlatt is dead! What is your deal with me?"
"I have heard you have powers so idk why you are being difficult? You can literally kill us if you could, why don't you huh?"
"Just leave! move on already!!"
"I think we are actually going to have fun together.."
"NOOO! STAY AWAY"
"Let me guess those powers are gone for today?"
"Ha! I really did caught you in the best time!"

"Leave her alone!"

"Shit... Um hi George?"
"Leave her alone you mutt or you will have the same faith as Schlatt."
"I gave you that scar George don't test me!"
"That didn't stop me from killing Schlatt."

As they both tackled me to the ground I felt the ground shaking and Charlie was tied up with.... roots?

"Roots... Wait how?"
"Its me that did that..."
"How did you do that exactly..?"
"I have this ring that helps me"
"That ring kind of looks similar to my ring?"
"You have a ring? Can I see it?
*shows the ring from my hand*
"You also have powers... Wow"
"There are more people with powers the fuck?!"
"Let's go before Charlie somehow finds a way to get out of there"

"What is your name little one?"
"My name is Drista... you are George right?"
"Correct"
"You killed Schlatt didn't you?"
"Yeah"
"Can I see you ring again?"
"Sure"
"Your ring looks very blue... your power could be water/ice"
"You are correct actually"
"I know I'm just so smart :)"
"You can tell the powers just by the color of the ring?"
"Obviously"

"Damn sorry but shouldnt you be with your family?"
"My parents are dead"
"Im sorry little one"
"My name is Drista"
"George. How do you know about the powers?"
"Before my parents died they told me about my ring so I use it as a defense."
"How long have you been in this territory?"
"7 years"
"You dont have a family?"
"I do know my brother is still alive... But I couldnt go back since Schlatt was still alive, when I heard someone killed him I was very relieved but I was still scared since Charlie could still be there around the corner."
"Why did you even come here in the first place?"

"Not by choice the Alpha from the pack L'manberg kidnapped me, killed my parents, wanted my ring but couldn't do that, then I escaped came into this territory, found a friend but then met Schlatt and he almost killed her right in front of me"
"How old were you?"
"I was 10"
"I- I'm sorry you had to live through all of that.. That asshole of an Alpha made me marry him even though he wasn't my mate and he made my life hell beating me up every opportunity he had, to the point of almost raping me, I- I think I killed him which is how I escaped and then came here to try to stay low."
"That scar in your eye... How did you get it?"
"Charlie"
"Got it.."
"Are you hungry by any chance?"
"I Have ate already but I could never refuse food."
"Let's get you fed then"
"Thank you :)"
"No problem.."

*a few hours later..*

"Thank you for the food"
"No problem.."
"This might be much to ask George but do you think you could help me get back home, I really do miss it."
"I don't know Drista, as you said Charlie is still out there and who knows about the other ppl in this territory."
"But you and I have powers"
"I don't know how to use them"
"I could teach you?"
"Would you?"
"Yeah why not?"
"How long will that take?"
"5-7 months"
"Shit"
"Im not the best teacher but I will do my best"

"How about the girl you are staying with?"
"I'll ask if she also wants to tag along my pack welcomes new people!"

"We'll get started then tomorrow"
"You bet! Good night George :) and thank you for saving me back there"
"Good night Drista."

A few months have passed and I've been able to control my powers now it took a few months since I had to know how to summon it and be able to control it by my feelings. I even taught a few things to Drista. (Surprisingly) I have learned that the girl that stayed with Drista is named Poki and she decided to tag along she even knew Rae and even she is tagging along. It should be a *great* time 😐

*2 days before present time*

"Let's get everything packed right now since we'll be leaving in 2 days"
"But I don't want toooooo*
"You are the one that wants to see your brother not me."
"Well yeah he probably thinks I died."
"True"
"Not helping"
"Your welcome :]"
"Be nice to Drista now George"
"Well I like to have fun Poki"
"Thats being honest in Georges part"
"Thank you for seeing that Rae"
"You are taking Georges side?!"
"....asshole...."
"What did you said?"
"Nothing ill get to packing!"
"That's what I thought."
"Are you sure you don't want to stay with my pack?"
"I don't think so I'm better off staying here."
"You dont have to be alone all of the time!"
"Yeah George dont be alone is not Healthy"
"Yeah what poki said!"
"Packs aren't my thing, I've been happier without one I think its my destiny."
"You can stay in the outer circle of the pack!"
"*sigh* ....I'll think about it Drista but no promises."
"YAY THANK YOU GEORGE!"
"Let's get some sleep then.. Good night little one"
"Good night George, Poki, and Rae."
"Wow not a goodnight to us George"
