————————————————————"Morning~. Get up we have class today."

"But I have a hangover-."

"Yeah, I know. I got you coffee. It's on your nightstand. Careful it's hot." Taking a sip of his coffee.

I sat up cautiously getting my hot coffee with a huge sticker reading

⚠️Caution: hot ⚠️

. Yeah like it isn't giving me a hot facial with its steam. Both were bitter; the coffee and my mood.

"Why do we have parties before school?" I muttered.

'Maybe because when you started this tradition you weren't able to drink.' The second voice in my head answered.

"Your gonna be a great father someday." I giggled.

"And your gonna be some adult someday? What would you do without us? William and I are the only actual responsible friends in the group." He muttered the last part chuckling.

"Probably throw me off the clock tower while staking myself." I nod as I thought out loud.

He just scanned my expression dropping his.

"Sometimes you scare me. I see why your mom sent you here." He chuckled ruffling my hair.

A look of sad sympathy in his eyes came over him playing with my hair kneeling next to my bed.

"You won't lose us. Promise."

"How long do we have until class?" Breaking the contact between his hands and my curly hair.

"2 hours.Which means we can get breakfast and get ready." He got up.

"Ok, but we're getting blood first because I'm extremely craving right now."

"Ok." He shrugged taking me to the school fridge.

Then I saw M.G. already in the fridge. So I stood behind the fridge trying to scare him.

"Kassidy stop!" Justin yelled through his teeth. He couldn't help but try not to laugh at my prank.

Boo!

"Kassi! What the heck!" He jumped with a plate of croissants in his hand.

"STop!I cOuLD'vE dRopPed My CrOIsSanT!" I whined mimicking his voice.

Justin just fell onto a counter crying- laughing.

"It's not funny!" M.G. left the kitchen.

I grabbed a blood bag chugging nearly half of it under a second before spitting it on Justin's shirt.

"What is this?!" I whipped the remaining substance on my wrist.

"Blood."

"Yeah, What blood idiot!" I threw the bag at him.

"Animal blood. This isn't some ripper school Kassidy, they don't give us human blood. It's a rule." He threw it back.

"Morning. I see someone is mad." Dray came in.
"Your shirt-." He giggled.

"Shut up Dray!" Justin yelled after Dray high-fives me.

"Where's Quinton and William?" Dray asked taking a sip of my coffee.
