Floyd's first kill came from an early age when he killed his brother by mistake trying to save the father he hated. Years later he trained with many weapons including making his own. He made a living as a hitman to which he never failed a mission due to him never missing a bullet. He had never missed a bullet until he went toe to toe with Batman. After serving time and being part of a top secret task force, he settled for a normal life to be with his daughter Zoe.
