A True Ruler

Y/N POV:

-The next day-

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

Taehyung asked as we were standing in his room.

"You keep asking that question, and every time I answer the same."

"I am just afraid. What if you get hurt?"

"I know why you are hesitant. Are you afraid of them?"

"Yes...they were able to kill my parents...I can not lose you."

"I would not do this if I thought for one second you could lose me. And they do not want to kill me, I promise. And besides, I know you will come to save me if anything does happen."

"And what if I get there a second late."

"Taehyung, I have a feeling I will be fine."

"I would feel better if we worked on your powers. That way you can protect yourself better."

"If that will make you feel better then we can."

"It will, let us go somewhere to train then." 

Then he circled his arms around me and teleported somewhere.

"The middle of a forest?"

"Yes. This way nothing could possibly get destroyed."

"What is the first thing I will learn?"

"Well, to start off, your powers will be similar to mine; such as teleportation and increased strength, but you can also have the same fire, water, wind, and ground nature as me or your own." 

"So the first thing we will practice is teleportation. It is just like creating a portal, all you have to do is think of where you want to teleport in your head and it will happen, but it will take a while to get the hang of."

I nodded my head and began to look around for a place to try and teleport to. I noticed a huge boulder a few feet away.

I closed my eyes and imagined the bolder and slowly opened my eyes again.

I am in the same spot.

"...I thought this would be easy."

"It is once you get the hang of it."

"Oh really?"

Taehyung lifted his eyebrow and smirked at me.

I rolled my eyes and went back to what I was doing. 

-Thirty minutes later-

"Do you need help?" Taehyung asked

"No."

"Are you sure?" he asked as he got up

"I got this."

"I do not think so. You have stayed in the same spot for the last thirty minutes.."

"Taehyung!"

"Yes?..."

"Go back over there."

"Yes, My Queen." then he walked back to where he was standing

-A few minutes later-

Ughhhh! Why can I not do this?!

Fine. One last time.

I closed my eyes and imagined the spot near the rock then opened my eyes.

Damn it.

I was in the same spot. Again.
