Chapter 26

Thursday

Remi POV

I wake up with my face in John's chest. I nuzzle my face into his chest, waking him up in the process.

"Hey, pinky" John said

"I told you not to call me that" I said with my face still buried in his chest

"Fine" he said

"What time is it?" I asked

"We got like 2 hours before school so" John said

"Okay then, cuddles" I demanded

John wrapped his arms around me

"Okay but only for a bit" he said

"No, as long as I want" I said

John sighed

"Whatever" he said

1 hour later

"Okay, I'm good now" I said

John didn't move

"John?" I said

Nothing

"Babe?" I said trying to look at him

Nothing

"Emo boyfriend with anger issues?" I said

Then I finally heard something

Snoring

That motherfucker fell asleep

I took at deep breath

"WAKE UP" I yelled

"Ahh" John yelled sitting up and letting me go

"Good you're awake" I said

"Why did you yell at me" he whined

"You fell asleep" I said shrugging

I heard a knock on the door

"Hey, is everything okay in there, I heard yelling" William said from the other side of the door

"Yeah, were good" I said

"John, get out here and make breakfast" Seraphina said sounding like she just woke up

"Okay, okay' John said

After school

"You have to leave already?" I asked

"Yeah, my editor only let me leave for a day" William said

"Okay" I said

"Bye dad" John said

"Bye John, Remi and Sera" William said

William left and the three of us walked back in the house.

"Hey John" I said

"Yeah" John asked

"I think I'm going to skip tomorrow and hang out with Sera on the last day of her suspension" I said

"Sounds good to me" Sera said walking into the living room

"Okay" John said

"Alright guys I'm leaving" I said

Remi ran towards me and leaped into my chest wrapping her arms around my neck
