Little fish (last chapter)

I sprinted to the student council room still in a bit of a panic. I floated through the door and saw a really weird scene. I saw Akane being hung upside down with mokke surrounding him.

"Oh lord..." I said confused.

"What? Who's there!?" He asked looking around moving his head side to side.

"Take off your glasses, you idiot." Teru walked into the room smiling and shut the door eerily behind him.  'Oh lord even more.' I said in my head.

Teru grabbed the rope he had keeping Akane suspended in air. Akane came crashing down to the floor as his glasses fell off in front of him.  "Oh, it's you." He glared at me.

"Wait..." I turned around and faced Teru. "He can see me?" I asked confused.

"Yes he can." Teru said smiling. "Why are you here?" He asked, his tone changing a bit.

"Eheh.." I laughed nervously. "Well ya see, or not see." I mumbled fiddling with my fingers.

Teru grabbed my hands making me stop fiddling. "That's bothering me. Please stop." He smiled but kept holding onto my hands. He held them up examine them while Akane watched confused and probably disgusted. "Why are your hands like this?" Teru asked.

I laughed nervously again. "Heheh.. that's what I came here for." I paused as Teru released my hands and they fell to my sides. It left a lingering warmth that I yearned for. "So basically..." I took a deep breath and spoke quickly. "I'm gonna die again unless I find this stupid bracelet!" I said speedily not taking any breaths in between.

Teru held his chin in thought. "I see..." he looked down for a moment then back up at me. He smiled then reached over and patted my head. "We'll just have to find it then." His words warmed my heart.

From behind us I could hear Akane gagging in disgust. "Get a room." He mumbled. I turned back and gave him a death glare. One that Hanako has seen many times. "Ah!" He shouted a bit startled. Albeit he had never seen me be so aggravated.

Last when I saw him in this form I was smiling and chipper. He had summoned me asking for help getting Aoi to date him. I believe I laughed at him and told him to leave. "Heheh... probably shouldn't have done that." I mumbled quietly. I turned my focus back to Teru. "So.. how are we going to find it?"

Teru looked focused for a moment then suddenly looked like he had an idea. "Come on." He grabbed my hand and dragged me out the door but then came back inside and dragged Akane with him.

"H-hey!" He yelled. "Why are we helping her!?" He asked trying not to be dragged out the door by a smiling Teru.

Teru sighed and let go of Akane as he fell on his butt back into the room. Teru grabbed my arm and dragged me back into the room. "Show him please..." he said shaking his head.

I turned back into my human form assuming this is what he meant. "Akane... your an idiot." I said laughing a bit.

"Y-y/n!" He shouted and pointed from the ground.

"Yes, yes, it's me. Wow so exciting." I said sarcastically rolling my eyes. "Now get up!" I grabbed his hand pulling him up as Teru glared at our hands the whole time.
