Veronica groaned at the sunlight that was shining brightly on her face as she flipped to the other side. She was still half-asleep and noticed that she was lying on a soft mattress that was not hers
She quickly sat up from the lying position, panicking as she looked around and realized that she wasn't in her room, or house. The place wasn't familiar at all
Grabbing her phone from the nightstand, she realized that her phone was already charged. She turned it on, waiting for it to work, a swarm of notification loaded
-20 missed calls from annoying twin-
-30 messages from annoying twin-
-5 missed calls from Ms. Hong-
-2 missed calls from Mr. Nam-
"Wah"
She muttered under her breath, shocked by the amount of calls and messages from them. Probably worried because the girl didn't tell them where she was heading to last night. She realized that her phone had died last night, drunk, and now, she don't know where she's at
She decided to ignore them and just tell them that she's fine by appearing out of nowhere
She then got out from the bed, noticing that she was now wearing an oversized white buttoned t-shirt with a black knot-waist pants
"What the-"
She then ran out from the room, careful to not bump into anything as she stopped at the kitchen, panting as the smell of foods filled her nostrils
"You're up already?"
Jang Han-seo asked as he looked at the girl with a horrified expression
"How did I ended up here? And most importantly, when did I change my clothes? And how?!"
Han-seo chuckled
"First, you were so drunk and it was so late. I wanted to drop you at your house but then I'm scared of your other twin and I don't really feel like losing my teeth last night, so I brought you here instead. And second, I got my maid to change it for you. She's a girl, so don't worry"
"I didn't know you have maids"
"I do. But right now, I told them to not come back here for two days"
"Why?"
"Because, I don't want my brother to know that you're here. He's staying at another mansion"
She nodded and walked to him, who was busy cooking some breakfast for both of them
"Do you even know how to cook?"
