Leaning her head on the table, she contemplated whether to meet him or not. She has the answer already but couldn't bring herself to tell him for some reason

"This is driving me crazy"

She muttered, looking up only to see Ms. Hong beside her, wearing the necklace and earrings that Vincenzo bought when they went to the art museum

"Is there any special occasion?"

She asked, receiving a small smile from Ms. Hong

"Just some reunion. I need to see whether they speak ill of me or not"

Veronica chuckled, pulling out her phone to text Han-seo

To annoying idiot: You free tonight?

She waited for him to message back, which did not even take 5 seconds

From annoying idiot: yeah. Let's meet at our usual place

She sent an 'okay' , walking back towards the office where she saw Ms. Hong and Vincenzo walking out

"Are you going anywhere?"

"Yeah. The store. I'm hungry. Do you want some Ramyeon?"

"Sure"

Veronica nodded, fixing her hair while waving her hand towards the couple

"I'll get going, then. Bye"

She walked out of the plaza, going straight to the convenient store nearby. Choosing out some beverages and Ramyeon, she paid for the food and walked out

She checked her watch

6 pm

They would meet in 2 hours. Deciding to change and take a shower before going, she walked back to the apartment. Stepping into the apartment, she changed out of her clothes, wearing a casual outfit with a black cap covering her head and walked

She decided to stroll a bit before going to the park, seeing that she has one more hour before meeting Han-seo to give him her answer

She noticed that the street that she has been stepping on is empty with no people than usual. Shrugging it off, she put her hands into the pockets, kicking some rocks on her way, thinking about how Han-seo is going to react when she gave him her answer

Happy?
